Arrived very quickly, Product was good quality. Delighted with it. They kept us informed of shipping. Some people have written poor reviews about delays but that was due to COVID and Post issues I would think, any way the collar and bow are beautifully made. Thank you Waggy Ways.

Delighted with the product, the collar and bow are beautifully made. I opted for the leopard print and the fabric is gorgeous and clasp is solid and good quality. Lovely and simple to put on and adjust. Our little puppy looks adorable wearing it. Thank you Waggy Ways for a top quality product will be back for more!!

Placed the order on 18th Dec, and since then no reply from them after I sending a lot of emails and msgs. And my order hasn’t been dispatched yet!!! Unbelievable!!
Hey there. I haven’t got any order dispatched notification and I did write several online messages seeking for assistance but no one replied. The bottom line is, since the order has been dispatched, I should have got a notification email that I could also track my items right? Thank you for the reply.

Great choice of collars and leads, loads to choose from! The personalised collars and leads are made really well and are quite tough which is perfect for my over active Spaniel!
Will definitely be recommending to my friends who have dogs and will definitely be looking to place another order soon!
