Doesn't seem reliable to handle deliveries
We have used this service twice now.
First tme, the food was an hour+ late, was cold, and there were errors in the order.
We got a refund and some coins.
Second time, yesterday, our order was cancelled after 15 minutes, without notice - we only discovered this be chance after 45 minutes because we wanted to check on updates. Apparently this, says the info on the app, normally means that the place we are ordering from is too busy (what a great way to asume it is someone elses fault). However, I ordered directly from their site, and could pick up our food after 15 minutes.
Also, the coins we got on the first order, does not seem to be usable when also using a coupon code.
Would I attempt to use this service again? No.

The food was one hour late. That's just not good enough. Why would I ever choose this service over another? The answer is simple...I won't.

Very kind delivery guy, but delivery was half an hour late. Also I paid for a bag but they didn't bring my order in one, they just handed me the container.

I have been using them twice now.
1. Time:
Charging 69 kr. Too much. 1 hour late delivery and therefor cold Pizza. Promised, because of this, free delivery and money back.
Never got any of this !
2. Time:
No money back, no free delivery. Double charging 69 kr. AGAIN. Again an hour late, again cold pizza, again hustled!
WHY IS THIS HUSTLER FIRM NOT ON EVERY FRONT PAGE ?
I have been writing to every newspage in Denmark. I hope everyone will read and learn!

Worst experience and worst customer…
Worst experience and worst customer service ever. My food was almost an hour late and the customer service didn’t do anything about it and just ended our chat in the middle of the conversation… I will definitely only use Wolt from now on.
