Delivery was late, had to pickup food without getting a refund on the fee
Ordered from a local restaurant through their platform. 1 hour after the initial expected delivery time I had to call the restaurant to ask about my order since I couldn't get any status from the platform side. The order has not been picked up for more than an hour, had to pick it up myself.
Got home, enjoyed the meal, wanted to ask for a refund for the delivery price. They said they cannot do so in my bank account, but I can get some currency in their app that I can use for my next order.
I wasn't happy with that since I didn't intent to use the platform anymore. After an hour of texting their live chat, the supporter just gave me 100 coins in the app and tried to finish the conversation.
I payed actual money for the delivery fee, I expect money back if the service is not provided.

You write that you have not been refunded?
However I can see that my colleague has refunded and as well compensated you for this experience.
You have been refunded the delivery fee as well as further due to this regrettable experience.
I'm really sorry that your compensation in coins is not acceptable for you. However we have no other options to compensate when it is only part of the amount it concerns.
Remember that regardless of whether you have delivered the food whether it is 50 meters or 6 km the delivery price is the same!
