Almost half of the items in the shipment were missing. Customer service does not respond to contact requests.
No refund for missing products.
Scam!

They are okay ,a bit slow in communicating and giving info.
But after all honest.

I placed an order for medications with WakeUpBodyNutrition over a year ago, and I never received anything. Not the product, not a refund, not even a proper explanation.

I tried contacting customer service multiple times through their ticket system and got nothing but vague replies and empty promises. The person handling my case (Nika) was completely unhelpful and disappeared after a few useless responses.

This wasn't some minor product — it was a health-related purchase, and being ignored for over a year is not just bad service, it's irresponsible and disrespectful.

I no longer expect my money back, but I’m posting this to warn others: do not trust this company. Their customer support is a joke, and clearly, they don't care once they have your payment.

Order has not shipped in two weeks, they do not respond to emails, just take your money and don’t send out orders. Avoid

Placed several orders, however each time orders arrive incomplete or different colors/flavours than those ordered. What looked like an innocent human mistake (which can totally happen) at first has turned into a huge joke. While custom service always responded quickly over whatsapp, I had to insist they fix their mistake, send the missing items or correct flavours (answer:"The flavour we sent tastes better than the one you ordered.")
We always placed quite big orders (150-200 euro/order) but after our last adventure of 2 items we ordered being out of stock and them just packing other random items to make up for it (without notifying us first, ask if we want to pick sth else or want a refund for the items out of stock) we're finally done and will take our money elsewhere...

I had the same experience, I ordered 3 products, 2 arrived, one still hasn't arrived after a month. They sent some apologies but not the product or the money. They are big scammers!

They never send the ordered products, customer service closes tickets without answering. Do not buy from this company.

Stole 200 euros, never send the products!!!!

BIG SCAM, avoid at any cost!

They send the wrong product and customer service does not reply nor do anything about it. Avoid buying from these scammers.

This company is a scam. I made an order which has never arrived bc the shop didn’t include the documents necessary for passing the customs. And guess what, there was no return address too! The customer service doesn’t reply. I sent dozens of emails and messages on WhatsApp. In the end, left a comment on their Facebook page and they simply blocked me! FRAUD to AVOID!!!

Update: 27 September:
I received a parcel containing 3 out of the 4 items I ordered..
I therefore upgrade my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

Ordered 50+ euro worth of supplements on July 1st and to date I have not received my order. Contacted Customer Support twice but got no answer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Wake Up Body Nutrition. My order took nearly a month to arrive and contained the wrong items. Instead of OATS & Whey Protein - 1000g (Chocolate Flavor), I received five pieces of Ostrovit Oat My Day 200g. Their customer support is unresponsive. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.!

I canceled my order a few hours after making it. The order never shipped, tracking shows "Prepared". I asked customer service through all channels for a refund. After 2 weeks I have nothing.

Same as others, no order received, tracking page says available for pick-up in Gdansk (that's where they sent it from, so it returned back somehow), no response from customer support.

Placed a order om May 18 2024 and never received the item, custom dont answer or attend my contact. Phone number of facebook page, dont exist... On facebook impossible to see the coments ... Wakeupbodynutrition dont react to my emails or my calls and NO money back.

I received my products and everything was good. I also received a gift.
