Angry possum

Well, first order never arrived (lost?)... so I spent the shipping to have it reshipped (registered) now that it has not arrived a second time... they now want me to send more money to have it reshipped a third time... it's there a super registered? Cmon guys. This is not customer service at this point but a lack thereof. Update*** just received a response from customer service..... only took em 3 years. All the sudden. You want to make it up to me? Send the order to us that you were supposed to send 3 years ago.

I ordered 150g Bobinsana leaves and…

I ordered 150g Bobinsana leaves and 150g Bobinsana BARK but received Bobinsana powder with shavings. Was this the bottom of the barrel? I almost ordered a 1000g, so glad that I didn't. Can you imagine, 1000g of powder? This is how to ruin a relationship with your customers.

NB. Thank you for your reply. It's not that the product did not meet my expectations. It didn't meet your description. I ordered Bark and received a lot of powder.

Reliable Shop and very good Product

It was my third order from the vendor in about one year and i am again very happy with the shop, the buying process and the information they sent concering your order and shipping.

Great customer service. Had a minor problem with packaging, but after contacting customer service it was quickly resolved and would highly recommend them for future purchases.

Quality Vendor

I've ordered from WakingHerbs 9 times in the past 3 years. I trust their team and 100% enjoy doing business with them. The products I've received are consistently of highest quality, I notice this each time, as have friends I share my supplies with.

When I've had questions, Rene from WH has responded promptly, I think in less than a day for each message and usually just a couple hours. Each package I've received from WH has included a bonus gift, or gifts, those items changing with the amount of each order. It's fun to see what extras they've tucked in and to be introduced to other products in this way.

Shipping is not Amazon Prime, it's taken between 2 and 4 weeks for me to receive most of my orders, but the quality of the products is worth it, I prefer supporting a team that is passionate about its mission and products over a vendor whose package might arrive a little quicker.

Improperly processed material - not safe

The green apuriña rapé I purchased was made dangerously poorly with way too high amounts of ash, leading me to burn my nasal passages. I had to throw it out. The harmalas base was clearly unpurified and I haven't had a chance to process it to see if it can be saved. Definitely not worth the high price they charged. I can't recommend this shop to anyone.

asked money for weeks for an order that…

asked money for weeks for an order that I already paid, they didn’t ship my order and order still not on the tracking. In the moment I ordered ETA latest was 26th June it is already passed that day with no update from tracking. They are Refusing the refund as well. The person works at customer communication RENE and he is not giving the contacts of the owner probably to cover his mistakes. There nobody else to talk to. Do not buy from this company. Your order won’t be shipped, if shipped would be late and you won’t be able track it. And they will ask money again for an order you already paid. Don’t buy stay away!

Overall disappointed

Their customer service is good, their products not so much. The b. caapi paste (yellow) is OK, although not particularly potent, but their leaves (both chacruna and chaliponga) are super-weak, and their peganum harmala powder is next-to-useless.

Horrible customer service.
They'll take your money but chances are good that you will never receive what you ordered. Good luck getting a refund.
There are many places to shop that are more trustworthy.

Customs sent order back to WH warehouse, WH kept it and my money until I came asking questions

Never got my order. After a couple of months of waiting I emailed asking if I should be concerned. Was then told that my package had been returned by customs (I’m in the US). Now they didn’t say when it had returned, and I’m very understanding of most circumstances, if they are made clear. But I was incredibly displeased that it took ME contacting THEM to be told that they had both my money and my order for who knows how long and they probably would have never reshipped or contacted me on their own. No explanation for such an oversight. Just “sorry I didn’t tell you”. Wouldn’t reship with free tracking (I didn’t pay for tracking initially because it was more than the product I was buying). I was really excited for it and would have continued purchasing if I liked the product. But I ended up asking for a refund since they completely lost my confidence. And I wrote a review on their regular review site, they must have denied it to post since it hasn’t shown, so that’s why I’m reviewing here.
