False Advertising
Online delivery states arrival will be 2-4 days when placing an order. Part of order was not processed until 3 days later and offers a delivery now of 7 days.. IT CLEARLY STATES ARRIVES IN 2-4 DAYS. I don't have questions, just a valid complaint that Walgreens is falsely advertising and does not stand behind it's products nor orders nor what they offer online. The only information I need or require at this time is that the product will be delivered today as Walgreens has above stated. If they can't meet their committments as advertised, they need to offer a concession, like overnight delivery when they are unable to provide the customer with what is clearly advertised.
Check prescription prices elsewhere!!!
My cost for a prescription refill would have been $96 at my Walgreens. My husband told me to check Costco's price. I am thrilled that the price at Costco was $15 for the exact same drug and quantity. Not only that, but the people working at Walgreens are like zombies with no personality and they make mistakes. They were quick and so helpful at Costco. Never again Walgreens!
Walgreen Lake Stevens is incompetent
Walgreen Lake Stevens is incompetent. Wasted my time for picking up meds they never filled. They don’t take my insurance but never called me to tell me it’ll be self pay they just don’t fill the order I waited over an hour to pick up! Now waiting another 20 min due on top of the hour.
Call your customer if you don’t take their insurance! We have money to pay ourselves!
Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. I waited ages for a prescription that was supposed to be ready, only to be met with rude staff who barely acknowledged me. The phone never gets answered, the website glitches constantly, and you get excuses instead of help. Would never recommend!
Walgreens is the worst place to fill a…
Walgreens is the worst place to fill a prescription. Long waits, status in App is not accurate. How are they in business? They suck.
Their phone system is impossible
Their phone system is impossible, hard to get to a human, endless waits on hold. Didn't use to be this hard. Their delivery system is also not good, lengthy delvery times, often late at night even when delivery is requested at 0930am. Bad. Bad.
Walgreens on Gum Branch is the worst
Walgreens on Gum Branch is the worst. They always have the drive through closed so you have to go in and wait 20 to 25 mins to try to get your medication. I may just have to switch pharmacy. Pathetic!
Not cost-effective for ongoing care
I used Walgreens Virtual Care for a prescription, assuming a trusted brand would mean transparency and continuity. That turned out not to be the case.
I was given a short prescription with no refills and then told I’d need to pay for an entirely new visit just to continue a routine medication for an ongoing condition. This wasn’t made clear upfront.
There’s nothing illegal about this, but it’s inefficient and far more expensive than many other telehealth or primary care options that handle ongoing care more transparently.
It’s also worth being mindful of where you share personal and medical information. Telehealth requires providing sensitive data, and data breaches are common across the industry. Minimizing unnecessary accounts and data exposure is something consumers should consider. I was able to have my account deactivated , but my info is out there in yet another database that will eventually get breached. Lesson learned; if this isn’t the right service, do not sign up!
If you’re considering this service, know that there are more cost-effective and straightforward alternatives. I expected better from a brand like Walgreens.
Very Disappointed!!
I went to the Walgreens near my house which is less than 1 mile away. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible (16244 S.Post Oak Rd.
Houston, Texas 77053#07213)
This is very disappointing because this store serves a large community. No one greets you. There is always a lack of push carts, because the store clerks are using them for restocking etc. I recently made a purchase and again no greeting, no eye contact. The rep did not even mention the fact that I had cash rewards for $3.18. I had to ask if there were any rewards. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to go back and add my rewards.
It is very disappointing to experience this type of customer care.
It is impossible to get in touch with…
It is impossible to get in touch with the pharmacies I deal with in Massachusetts (King Street) and New Hampshire.
Walgreens staffing is to the minimum
Walgreens staffing is to the minimum. Multiple times we have waited over an hour for a prescription at the window. Definitely transferring prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
I wish I could leave no stars
I wish I could leave no stars. Their pharmacy used to be a decent place, but may be the single worst pharmacy in existence today. You can't talk to anybody at the location instead you get a person in a call center. They also send all my perscriptions to an outside facility to be filled even when the doctor office calls, It can take 2-4 days to get the medicine from the outside facility unless I drive to the pharmacy and ask to have it filled and then its another hour. Maybe they should just fully go out of business and end this misery. They absolutely suck as a pharmacy. Time to go somewhere else.
Very poor customer servive
Very poor customer servive. Customer

Picked up a prescription and bought an item. You have very good employees now. Socialable and efficient.
Bad service
They ask you if you want a prescription filled but then take their sweet time filling it. It could be days later. Their phone service is terrible. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes now. I need my prescriptions but they don't seem to care. BAD SERVICE!!!
I love my local Walgreens store but website terrible
I love my local Walgreens store. The staff is wonderful and the store and items I can find is great; everything is well stocked. However, the Walgreens website is another story. Not the inventory per se, but the experience ordering or getting prescriptions delivered is laughably bad. I don't even know why I try anymore. I've had numerous problems with getting to the end of an order and the order will not be accepted for reasons unkown. I just today got a reminder on my phone for some prescriptions ready, so I wanted them delivered. I clicked on this option but got an error message. I later went online to do this again on my laptop, but was told they were being delivered but two days later than I needed or had specified. I'm not even bothering to call their help line because nothing works. I'll just go to the store and see about getting a few pills to tide me over tli the delivery is actually here, as it's in transit. Jesus take the wheel.
You do not even deserve one star
You do not even deserve one star. Rude pharmacy workers. Sub par hours and they never have my prescription in stock even though I’ve been getting it there for years. I’m done.
very messy process
very messy process. lack of technical support. missing fields on user interface. after three hours order was canceled without notification.....don't waste your time.

I believe the pharmacy is getting a kick back. My percription price has changed every time I go there. I’m done with Walgreens!
Your Employee Super Hero Saved You From A 1-Star Review
First of all, this review would have been a one if it were not for your employee named Aidan, a manager in the photo area at store # 5240 at Dean and University Blvd in Orlando, Florida. I also am leaving this review on here because I do not trust Google or Yelp reviews but I hope management at Walgreens Corp see this.
On Thursday, I was reviewing material to take with me to the ArmTech Conference next week in Dallas and realized I didn't have enough business cards to hand out. I went to my GOTO place online and ordered them, but even with expedited ordering, they wouldn't make it to me in time. My wife mentioned to try Walgreens which I hadn't even thought about. I went online and ordered them with the intent of picking them up same or next day at the store. The online said pickup or delivery were both options but upon completion, it said they wouldn't be available until the 27th? WHAT?????
So I called the number online for Customer Service and the rep said (this was around 6:30 PM) that it shouldn't be a problem and attempted to help with the Dean and University store. Then she said to try another store on Alafaya and then yet another in Winter Park, FL. TO no avail...so long story short, I said I would d/l the card and physically go in to the store at Dean and University, where I met with Aidan.
Not expecting much, Aidan went above and beyond even when the in store machine was having an issue with business card production (wasn't selectable), he created a workaround, he helped copy the image over and now I have 40 cards to take with me to the conference. This young man gave assurance he would address and take care of the issue and guaranteed I would have cards. He personally took the time to trim them so they would be the right size and made lemonade out of lemons.
The work ethic, attitude, and exemplary customer service should be recognized and commended and I hope that he has a successful career when he graduates UCF and ANY company would be lucky to have this young man on their team. I have been a former reserve police officer, fast and full-service restaurant manager and now over 30 years in the financial services industry as an executive and I am telling you that this warrior, "get-it-done-no-matter-what" mentality is extremely rare in the people I have interviewed and hired. Obviously, his parents raised him up right which is why I am taking the time to write this review. God be with you always Aidan and good luck, but I don't think you will need it.
