Absolutely shocking behaviour. I was repeatedly contacted and pressured to take out a loan, yet when I had legitimate questions, they refused to answer calls or provide any support.

There is a complete lack of accountability and basic respect. Their conduct feels intrusive, including the use of personal financial data to target loan offers when you’re clearly out of money.

This is not ethical or acceptable. I strongly advise others not to use Wallet Wizard. This experience has been appalling, and nothing will make me remove this review.

Wallet Wizard withdrew my loan application solely because my ANZ Plus account is not affiliated with their automated statement-linking system. I offered to provide my bank statement manually, but they refused to accept it.

They already had access to my primary bank account and statements, yet insisted on a second account being linked through their system. It is not the customer’s responsibility if a legitimate Australian bank is not supported by their platform.

Despite this, Wallet Wizard proceeded to place a credit inquiry on my credit file and then cancelled the application. This has negatively affected my credit score for no valid outcome. All document requirements should be confirmed before performing a credit check, not after.

The process was rigid, inefficient, and caused unnecessary harm to my credit profile. My time was wasted, and the application was declined due to the second account not being linkable through their platform.

I would not recommend Wallet Wizard to anyone.
