They guys were amazing and went straight to work I am very happy with the finished result

Great from start to finish. Easy to order and delivery was a dream as you can track your driver. Arrived on a pallet and checked over by the driver and myself, everything arrived in perfect order. So easy to put together and as long as you paint the shed, a fantastic guarantee comes with it. Good quality wood and you get all the screws, latches and hinges in the pack. Took around 5 hours to put together, but it was the hottest day of the year! Would highly recommend.

The summerhouse looks good once put up and the delivery was great. The problem I have is the door and locking system. The doors have large gaps at the sides and in the centre, I’m quite worried that the weather might get in and ruin my laminate flooring. The lock doesn’t work correctly because there is a sizeable gap, it’s like the doors are too small for the summer house. My son has bought a cabin off you too but that is ok. I don’t believe this is a premium product and think you need to address the complaints quite seriously as you are not going to sell many if they are this poor standard, like I said it looks lovely but is seriously let down by the quality.The review date is when I eventually got all the missing pieces.

I purchased the Trent Outdoor Kitchen after being impressed by the photographs on the Waltons website.

Unfortunately, the finished product was significantly different from the impression created by the advertising. The website photographs clearly appear to show long, continuous stainless steel work surfaces. In reality, the worktops are divided by raised timber cornices into a number of much smaller sections. In my opinion, this substantially changes both the appearance and the practicality of the kitchen.

When I raised my concerns, Waltons initially maintained that the product was as described. After a lengthy exchange of emails, including providing comparison photographs of the advertised product alongside the assembled kitchen, they increased their goodwill offer from £30 to £150. I appreciated this gesture and accepted it rather than pursuing the matter further, although it still does not cover the cost of replacing the worktops to achieve the appearance shown in the advertising.

I remain disappointed that Waltons do not accept that the website photographs give a very different impression from the product that is actually supplied. I I hope they review the photographs and product description so that future customers can make a fully informed purchasing decision and know exactly what they are buying.

However, customer service was very responsive, and the refund was paid quickly.

It took too long dealng with the portal and answering the same questions. Eventually having paid for the summerhouse in Feb 2026 it was deliveted & erected on 21 May. However they left without leaving the preservative and I had to arrange a refund. It is now painted and I am pleased with it but the system involving the portal nearly made me change my mind

Shed is lovely, I was a little disappointed with the door, I understood that there would be some clearance around it for safety however it does seem abit excessive. The instructions were easy to follow and easy to build.

The shed was as advertised and delivered on schedule.

There is a crack in one of the panels, the doors do not open without great force, nothing aligns, the doors do not lock as they are not close enough together, the side panels are not fitted properly together and despite numerous emails to you complaints department there has been no action at all, they simply do not care.

Your response is a joke, if you do not think the doors should touch each other and that a crack in the wood is acceptable it shows what a scam your company is.
You have received the formal letter sent to you and if you do not action the points that need addressing, then I will report back to Citizens Advice you have failed to and will take the next steps.

It’s a shame it’s digital instructions and don’t get printed instructions especially when there are that many parts and steps to building the summer house
It would have also helped if parts where numbered or letter like the instructions said instead of trying to guess each piece! took along time.

When the summer house was delivered it was one elderly gentleman on his own who just pulled it off his truck to bounce off the floor.
One window frame was smashed when opened but was quickly resolved by Walton’s.
All in all a lovely summer

Do not buy anything off these chancers .
Ordered a “grey” shed . Had to chase for delivery instruction . A “green” shed eventually arrived , labels all over it from manufacturer stating “green” , address labels stating “grey” . And obviously inside was a “green” shed . Call to get sorted . Apologised . Send me a “grey” shed . Sorry out of stock until August . Ok come and collect this one and deliver “grey” one in August . Err not due in until 30 August , so you mean September . Forget it , collect your shed and give me a refund . We can offer £50 discount if you keep the shed . Are you joking , collect your shed and give me a refund . Sorry it takes up to 10days to arrange collection and you need to fill in and send refund form first .
They knowingly sent a green shed just all along . If unwanted a “green” shed I would have ordered a “green” shed .
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE CHANCERS

Great climbing frame for my grandchildren not 5* due to instructions could be a little better 👍

we ordered a summerhouse painted and erected we entered mesherments and discovered it was a foot to small according to them .so we decided to cancel order. we had a phone call within 15min ashoring us it was OK don't cancel. text after text back and forth saying we would have to sign a disclaimer otherwise we would loos £500 erectshon fee .the only good thing about the order was the two men that put it together brilliant. I would not recommend to anyone.

Delivery came nice and early on the booked day. Now that the log cabin is up, I am very pleased with it's quality. It is huge. I knew the floor size as this was important, but I didn't think about the height until I started to put it together and it kept going up and up. It's 9 and a half feet at it's tallest point. I would class myself as an average DIYer and just about managed with the instructions many pieces. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt delivery on the day we booked. There are no predrilled holes so took a bit of time to assemble but it is great and our toddler loves it!

I purchased one of the global grey pent metal sheds. The quality is good but selling this product without a floor panel is very disappointing. Overall quality 4. No floor panel 0. Overall score is a 2.

Not good at all, wood split all the way through on swing posts so the screws had nothing to attach to. Customer service was reluctant to replace the wood and it was a bit of a fight getting any help.

After sending over 20 images to them and countless emails they replaced 2 post not the 4 I requested. New posts arrived today and 1 is split all the way through again. Considering its a swing for a child you would think safety would be a priority but they don't seem to care.

On another point they clearly thought I was stupid by insisting the wood splitting is normal. I agree to a point they are right, however, being able to put a screwdriver all the way through the wood isn't normal or safe. Go elsewhere is my advice

All round service from start to finish

Communication is 1st class,I needed some info on the the shed to build my base before shed arrived,I recieved drawings and details within an hour.
Then there's delivery. Neil was the driver,unloaded it at side of house without a problem,really nice bloke.
The shed is a 8' x 6' apex roof,really impressed with it,so much so that we're now looking for a garden building for our daughter to do nails and lashes.
