Have only been able to assemble half of the total swing/climbing/tower set due to a large quantity of the tower set missing.

No urgency to replace, working to a lead time, cant guarantee a delivery. Customer service were fine but have no control to be able to make anything happen.

All looks good quality, you need some patience to unpack and construct it, but so far the structure is good! Shame is ruins a birthday a bit and expect more when you pay £4 figures for something.

Having had the playground for a few months now I feel I can genuinely review it.
Overall we are really happy with the product and the fitting service.
I would just make a couple of points:

The edges of the wood were very ragged and I had to sand them all down to smooth them off otherwise they would have snagged the children’s skin and clothes.

The green portholes are very crudely cut with jagged edges. I feel that they should have been pre-cut by machine for a better quality finish.

Overall though my granddaughter loves it

The order process was simple and delivery went smoothly.
An experienced contractor assembled the corner shed and summerhouse in a timely manner. Some comment they made about the instructions, which were primarily designed for the summerhouse, that said if you have the shed as part of the combined structure then do not carry out the last few instructions- so they had to undo some part of the assembly.

The finished article though looks amazing and is fit for purpose. Great product and at a reasonable price.

Would definitely shop at Waltons again.

The summerhouse it self is great and looks fab in my garden, only thing I’d say, and I know you’re trying to save on paper! But only having the instructions on the phone was ignoring in the bright sunlight and so small, a paper copy would have been better, that being said, my Brother has built plenty of sheds in the past and we built it together without the instructions in the end! If people have never built stuff like this before I would recommend paying to have it installed.

Delivery was late but lad was stuck on a closed road for 4 hrs due to a crash, but going to hold that against him. He even apologised, bless but wasn’t his fault his lorry was too big to turn around so he had to just wait. But it was nice to have an explanation of why he was late.

Once purchased they were very unhelpful

The quality of the wood is terrible splits in the wood and made out they couldn't take a refund shocking really

Brilliant delivery guy all arrived as it should would be better if more pieces were marked so you know which piece it is though

Good communication on the pergola I purchased, good updates on delivery times and the delivery driver was great and very helpful on day of delivery.

Good communication and excellent quality items

Flimsy shed made with unsuitable thickness of wood.
Had to add flooring to be able to walk on it let alone put any gardening equipment on.
Would not recommend.

Easy to order via their website. Delivery was very prompt and well organised.
Product was able to be put together in an afternoon, though is better when there are 2 people assembling.
The internal beam support for the roof is in 2 parts, which would be better if it was in one whole piece for strength and support. This allowed the roof to sag slightly, which in our opinion was a design flaw. We rectified this by adding a whole beam. We also added some internal batons to the window ledges.
Aside from this, we were very impressed with the greenhouse and are enjoying using it.

Fab from start to finish and now being enjoyed by my grandson every day

Excellent product. Needs level foundation and labelling. The odd piece slightly warped but to be expected with a wooden structure. Followed the instructions and build it in a couple of days. Highly recommend this company

Good communication, prompt delivery and very helpful and informative

Superb quality. A bit of hassle as delivery of wrong log cabin. But Waltons picked up wrong cabin and delivered new one reasonably quickly considering I live in northern Ireland. Cabin very solid and in feels quality in every way from floor, windows etc to roof. Only issue was getting my son to help me build it. Lol. Not that easy to build but we took our time and are very happy with the results
Couldn't be happier.
Next thing I need is a greenhouse and I won't be buying from any other company.

I bought a playhouse and am delighted with it as are the children.
I ordered it,paid for it, it was delivered on the date l requested then fitted also on the date l requested, the two men that came to put the playhouse together were polite and quick. Very pleased.

Easy to follow instructions and everything split into separate bags as required, a very simple build. Thank you

The woodsman shed and Wessex summerhouse are good quality. The instructions are clear and was pretty easy to construct.
They look great, and the pre-painted option was a great time saver and was done to a good standard. Upgraded felt is much better.
Overall very happy and would use them again.

Ordered from these guys and the item came extremely quickly. The delivery driver was excellent and kept me in the loop with regards to delivery times and so on. One item was missing, however when contacted the customer service a replacement was sent immediately and came within two days. I would highly recommend this company
