We ordered a summer house in April for my grandma’s 91st birthday. Alarm bells rang when I was sent a link for the system Walton’s use to schedule their deliveries. There was a long script at the top of the webpage detailing issues they are experiencing and to expect long delays. None of this was mentioned at the point of payment.

The summer house was finally delivered in June. It had missing parts, the window had a huge crack in it and the door wouldn’t close. The overall build quality was poor. My grandma was so disappointed as she has always used Walton’s and couldn’t believe how poor the quality is. She said it’s really gone down hill.

Walton’s arranged a revisit to repair the issues. We waited in all day for someone to attend but at around 5pm, they said they couldn’t make it. We’d been waiting in all day. Today (over 4 months since ordering) we’ve had the same thing happen again. The problem is, we ordered this summer house in April and it’s now September! 4 months since ordering and we’re left with a faulty summer house with missing parts. Plus it’s rained a lot recently so the summer house has let in water and the replacement door has been left outside, so they’ll probably tell us it’s no good anyway.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

Kenzie did the best he could given the circumstances left by the last fitters. Although he tried everything in his power to rectify this problem he was unable to due to lack of materials. I strongly request that Kenzie reattends to continue rectifying all our concerns.

Order and checkout process was smooth, delivery date for the item was quite a long wait, however unsure whether that is standard as I don't tend to go around buying greenhouses regularly!

Windows are opaque flimsy bits of plastic one already scratched.
Base is warped
Panels already broken.
Delivered on a different day to agreed when I wasn't in, no delkivery paperwork etc.
Made of chipboard so very flimsy
Super flimsy panels one of which was already broken on receipt.

AVOID this company at ALL costs these guys are total cowboys.

The driver, Tim provided an easy, stress free delivery. Everything was as you would like any delivery. Thanyou and highly recommend.

44mm PENT LOG CABIN
Happy with the main 44mm log cabin disappointed that the side shed was only 19mm Thick very very disgusted how poor the instruction were given they do not number the parts and they have manufacture them would be so easy to staple a lable to respective parts.

M McKenzie was great, he did a wonderful job, very thoughtful, considerate and hard working. Nothing seemed to much hassle for him. We are so happy with his work and would definitely recommend his joinery skills

The product is fine, The delivery was good with the person very helpful. Communication was good and we were kept informed about the delivery.

The item itself was nice and does feel like it should last for a decent amount of time.

There are a few things that could be improved. First, have the instructions in an obvious place. I eventually found them but have them attached to the confirmation email.

Second: when scanning the QR code to get to the order I ended up getting a 'your computer has been hacked' page which was annoying - was just an ad but I don't expect that to happen. Checked again and it did the same.

Overall very pleased.

The only complaint that I have are 2 points.
1 7 x knots in the over lap boards at the rear that needed repair.
2 not all the planks in the doors were cut square and 2 of the outside planks were twisted and needed gluing and clamping.

l found my purchase from Waltons from doing the online order to the delivery exalent and was kept fully informed along the way.
The garden shed arrived undamaged and placed where l required.
The shed took just over 5 hours to build the only problem was some pre drilled holes were missing on the roof.
Now built looks ok hopefully should get quite a few years out of it.

I purchased a log cabin on finance, made 1 payment, then had problems with the foundation I had had built for it so had to cancel the purchase. Waltons advised me to think about it !? I did not receive the log cabin and it wasn't installed. I emailed them again to cancel my purchase and they have left me hanging now til they reopen on Monday.

Exactly what I am looking for, perfect!

Easy website to use. Friendly staff when had to call regarding delivery.

Delivered to the time frame the driver gave the evening before delivery.
Driver was very helpful and assisted offloading and moving to rear of property.
Only 1 niggle was no identification on any parts which would’ve speeded up the build but still managed to follow the downloaded plan and had the log cabin built and watertight in 7 hours.

My summerhouse is absolutely fab , I would highly recommend Waltons , from start to finish with no problems whatsoever, I’m very happy :))
