SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COST.
Sadly this company is not as it seems, which is a same as the clothing is pretty decent. they take your money and then refuse to refund if you need to return, Which seems to be a patter when you look at the review. Will state you have tried it on and its marked. please beware if you need to return anything the likely hood is you will have no refund and some made up email that you have marked the clothing.

After bein warned NOT to order from this company and sadly not reading the reviews. I am absolutely appalled when you return items that you did NOT try on the item did not even touch my skin they will accuse you of wearing and marking this. I have a friend this also happened too. I will be taking this matter further as it seems we are not the first or the last. Disgusting behaviour but customers have rights. Especially when being lied about .do not order from here

I have placed an order with wanderdoll consisting of 4 items yet I have only received 2. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service team will ignore your emails and leave you with faulty items. I paid for a co ord and within 5 minutes of wearing it, the skirt material came apart. I personally will never be buying from them again. Awful customer service, happy to take your money but not willing to rectify faulty items.

Beware of this company! I was a customer until they scammed me. I purchased an outfit that I did not even try on as the colour of the outfit was not like the website showed which led me to not liking the clothing straight away hence why I never tried it on.
I’m presuming this is happening a lot with the same outfit, people sending it back for this reason as wanderdoll decided to scam me into keeping my order by saying there was make up on the neckline so sent me it back and declined my refund. I no this was not me as I didn’t even try it on so I am being sent back something that someone else has gotten dirty. Which is disgusting.
They are clearly getting the outfit sent back repeatedly and finding a way to make me pay for it regardless. I feel so scammed considering I never tried this outfit on. So beware ordering form this company as the customer service is shocking!

Awful! If I could put zero stars I would!!!
I ordered an item for a specific occasion, which was never even delivered. Which then, made me feel obliged to re-order in hope that the new order would come in time for the occasion.
However, the second order wasn't delivered on time, as per the delivery dates given.
I luckily found an alternative outfit for the occasion. However, I was now left with one delivered item which was no longer needed, and the ffaff of having to explain that I needed a refund for an order I never even received.
I eventually, was given a refund for the 'non-delivered' order, however as the back up order was by now on sale, I was told that I couldn't return it, yet the only reason the item was re-ordered was down to Wanderdoll and their delivery companies errors!
Eventually, wanderdoll agreed for me to send them back the back up, which I did..... only to then received it back in a new package several days later!!!!!!!! With NO refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And do you think they will now reply to any of my emails? Absolutely not!!!!
Ghosted!! For an issue that they should only honour due to their errors!!
Do not order with them, as their customer service is absolutely appalling!!!

No such thing as customer service from wanderdoll.
Returned my order 4 weeks ago and my refund hasn’t been processed. It is showing as delivered on Royal Mail tracking.
Emailed wanderdoll for the past 2 weeks on numerous occasions with absolutely no response. It seems that they have no customer service team or am I just being ignored?
From reading the 1 star reviews on here it’s clear that I’m not the only one…
My bank will now be dealing with this on my behalf unfortunately. Very disappointing - I would expect this sort of thing from more low- budget retailers - I don’t know how Wanderdoll are selling clothes for the prices that they do with such bad customer service.
Safe to say I will never purchase from Wanderdoll again and would advise others not to either.

I contacted customer support and Olivia on both occasions managed to help me and resolve this issue quickly and professionally. She listened to my issues and acted appropriately. I had sent a message regarding the re-stocking on an item and received a response within less than 24 hours. Not only was it a fast response but Olivia was really friendly and also offered great alternatives that I had not noticed. Cannot wait to receive my clothes!

Guys, I have never experienced anything like this!!!
I ordered a dress in size S, tried it on once, and sent it back properly with the seal still on because I ordered it again in size M. The return already cost me €15.
Then Wanderdoll did not accept my return. They said the dress was stained, but the pictures they sent are clearly not of the dress I returned!
And now it gets even worse: I had to pay €45 in customs and €15 in handling fees because Wanderdoll shipped it without paying customs. So I had to pay €60 just to get my own return back – even though I did nothing wrong!
With the €15 I already paid for sending it back to England, I have now lost €75.
And on top of that, I now have to pay for two dresses, each €130 – that’s €260!
So in total, I lost €335. I am a student, and I think this is really unfair.
Never again!!!!!!!!

So disappointed. Spent over £100 on one outfit bought on the 30th March which I was due to wear to a wedding and I’ve had no communication whatsoever from the company. I contacted the Instagram to be told “find our email on the website” - no help, filled in the enquiry help form last week - no reply, have now emailed twice in the last week - no reply, contacted the Facebook page to be told “email us and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours” - clearly untrue and again no help.
Having to now contact my bank as I’ve paid money for something which I’ve not received and had no contact or help from the company whatsoever. Seems no urgency to want to help their customers.
Even more frustrating when I can see them actively replying to reviews on here
Such a disappointing experience and definitely would not recommend with the lack of communication and willingness to help.
(When ordered this was not advertised as a pre order as they are claiming, I also have not received one email from them)
