I wore the ‘Poppy’ dress for my 40th birthday at the weekend and I truly felt beautiful! I am normally my worst critic and I honestly could not find fault, I searched high and low for the perfect dress and the moment I saw this dress I knew it was special!
The sparkle was insane and I felt like a princess! It’s an absolute bargain and looks so expensive, every detail from the sparkles, the shoulder pads and the front and back ruching was simply stunning!!

Enquired about refund timescales, spoke to the lovely Olivia very helpful and quick responses.

I placed an order with wanderdoll but unfortunately it was out of stock in my size, I dealt with Olivia and she couldn’t have been anymore helpful, she processed my refund straight away, nothing was to much trouble

I had an issue with receiving the wrong item! I have been discussing this issue with Gary who resolved my problem quickly and efficiently! very happy how the problem was resolved!

The highest quality fabric and materials used in clothing with a reasonable price tag. Customer service is next to none; Olivia helped me with my refund and was so polite and lovely, thank you

I placed an order for a co-ord set for my birthday trip and received a completely different set to the one I ordered. It’s been over two weeks now since I first emailed them and I’ve sent several emails since but received no help. I shouldn’t have to pay shipping costs to return items that I didn’t order and don’t want! Initially I wanted to still get the item I ordered originally but after this experience I definitely won’t be ordering from them again or recommending to anyone else.

Recently purchased from Wanderdoll after seeing them on social media. My clothes arrived and I am absolutely in love will 10000% be re-purchasing

I had troubles with returns but Gary was super helpful, he helped me process a return that wasn’t registering on the return portal so I was able to manually return it with no fuss. Thanks Gary!

Ordered a co-ord that was on sale in mid December. Didn’t fit so I returned it - the returns portal clearly let me select ‘refund to original payment method’. Had to wait over 3 weeks to finally get a refund, to only be given a gift card refund. I was told that in the returns policy it says sale items aren’t eligible for a refund to your original payment method. I argued this and said it should have said this at checkout & it said in the returns portal refund to my card was an option. Then they lied and sent me some tick box that was apparently at checkout when I bought my items that says ‘all sale items only eligible for gift card refund’. This is a lie and something they have added to clearly unlawfully deny customers their refund. After reading these reviews I can see other people experience the same thing as me. I have now won my credit card dispute against Wanderdoll - confirming what they are doing is unlawful and wrong. I loved this brand so much and have always shopped with them but I will never be buying from them again. If anyone has experience this issue please claim for it with your bank! This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I am just glad my bank saw right through all their ridiculous policies.

I’ve ordered from Wanderdoll many times & really love their pieces. I’ve also had many compliments when wearing their clothes & that’s all down to the amazing quality of their pieces!
Recently my parcel went missing & when I queried this with the team, Gary got back to me imminently & sent a replacement of my order with Next Day delivery! Their customer service is amazing!!

Awful customer service emailed multiple times regarding an issue with the returns label still no reply & now gone past the window of returning. Will never order from this company again.
