Everyone in W&P has experience of working closely with the CQC - for me this is what made them stand out. As a new business, the guidance and advice was second to none, even when we just needed reassurance of the process.

Excellent Service and High-Quality Policies and Procedures! I recently worked with W&P for policies and procedures for my care at-home/ housing support services (Domiciliary) organisation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The process was seamless—they took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored their approach to ensure the policies were compliant with The care inspectorate standards but also aligned with our company culture. The documents they delivered were clear, comprehensive, and easy to implement.
They were always available to answer questions and made revisions promptly whenever needed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

The only downside is some of their legislation is English and not Scottish which we had to correct ourselves.

Thanks to W and P, our organisation now has a solid foundation of policies and procedures that will help us operate more efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of policies for care. Five stars all around!

very well presented, clear and to the point

I attended the Compliance and the CQC New Approach to Inspection webinar on 13 November 2024. The presenter, Lorna's style of presentation was very good. Her presentation was simple to understand to enable the participants to implement the requirements under the single assessment framework. This is my second time I have attended this training and I recommend it to all social care providers. The knowledge is priceless!

You can clearly see that research has been done,and relevant information is passed on in very clear and simple terms.Extra material is given when needed.
