The concept is great, real time playing against real people and very time consuming, great potential but sadly....
This free game is so slow when building that you have to buy diamonds with real money and it is expensive, 300 dollars a week is cheap. To get to a decent level with kitted up generals and heroes costs about €2,000.00.
Once you have these you are a target and the game is biased towards cheats and thiefs who abuse the game to their advantage and these players will have your cities and best hard earned heroes in no time. You will be sitting in the gutter bawling your eyes out complaining and no one will listen.
You have been warned, avoid this like a pandemic, it is addictive but the game owners' allow staff to play who give benefits to their mates so you are losing from the get go.
Maybe the owners will review their strategy but not looking that way. Racism, sexism and very lurid foul language, anti semetism and bullying constantly,

They support specific players and alliances. I am going to delete my account. Don't start this game.

my account was hacked by some computer genius and had hack codes on the Server downing also i believe this player got my bank account information and money was taken out and then closed i saw a new player that was using the same chines text and wen i asked him about it he was gone and cant find him now also if my bank does see activity that was not by me i will be contacting a FBI agent be cause i suspect he might be a terrorist if so CIA will take over i tried to summit a ticket but says user name not valid please help me i don't know what to do

There are alliances who are allowed to cheat. Trevas is the ultimate at this. They spend a lot of money, but what is worse is that they create new accounts to gain the free initial diamonds. They also make obvious moves like having alternate accounts. You see them become active when their main account goes on vacation. They "babysit" each others accounts. Logging into multiple accounts at once to ensure their alliance partners are watched in case of attack. They have a chat mod who allows their players to speak in languages other than English (banned by rules), use foul language...and when other players complain about this they are muted. They spend money so this behavior is allowed. Makes no sense to have a game that is so stacked against honest players that I do not know what the players themselves even have to gain from it. I guess that is fun...

Yes, you can play for free, but mostly support will ignore any problems you may have unless you regularly purchase diamonds. It's a time consuming game and the only way to speed up the action is to spend money to buy diamonds, 1 diamond = $.10, so you get 10 for $1.00 USD. The game is basically a waste of time, so for those of you who like ACTION games, this one's NOT for you. If you like to waste time and money, you might like this game.
My account was hacked by another player who burned it, and THEY WON'T DO A THING.

They take your money for them and you dont get them and support does not reply to your mails and when they do there telling you you got them and spent them 2 hours before your purchase

The game was sold back around Christmas or New Years. The new owners said they would improve the gaming experience. All they have managed to do is disappear and kill the game.

It could be a great game if there was not so much bugs. They allow staff to play the game which they help friends and himself. Also the stop any email that is unpleasant. Unfortunately is not worth it to play with it.

Sad to say I have played this game for years and watched it become more corrupt with passing time. It could be a great game if there was not so much corruption through out it. They let staff play on the servers which then allows friends of these employees of the company to reap benefits that the general players do not get. They take peoples money and not everyone gets the same treatment. They ban and mute at will while others blatantly break rules and flaunt it in the open. So save your money and find a better game....

they allow staff to play the game which leads to a conflict of interest, we have seen them cheat we report it and they do nothing , its like we are allowed to play so a certain few have targets, and if they cant beat you in the game they just ban you!!!!

I have lost so mutch monney on this game due to corupt management if i knew where to complaine i would.

This compagny is so corrupt its not even funny, they directly mislead their costumers to purchase items, then afterwards change their rules and keep your money. I wouldnt recommend this game to anyone. They favor some players over others and openly admit it. I have never seen a compagny so determined to comit suicide. The management team is worst ive ever seen.

LMFAO - now they have banned my account, without reason - they refuse to show me evidence of why im banned. Its soooooo corrupt its not even funny anymore.
