I’ve had two experiences with this company and both times were excellent. Sarah and Mark are practical, efficient and lovely to deal with.
My first experience with Warcup was when we were buying a property and they were acting for the seller. I was impressed by their efficiency and “no flapping” or drama.
Second time was when I was getting rid of a very small business. The solicitor for the purchaser was a bit hair raising but again, Sarah and Mark managed the situation beautifully. They kept me informed and were so timely. They made what could have been a total hot mess into a fairly smooth and successful transaction.
All this was done whilst I’m based in London and they’re in north Northumberland.
Wonderful people and wonderful service. I’d highly recommend.
