Very disrespectful in not returning phone calls from salesman didn't even
ask who was calling. Saturday morning 31 July and Tuesday 3august a potential deal would have been completed
Excellent advice on everything phone and IT related. Wouldn't use anybody else.
I needed help and advice on laptop issues and contacted Wardman UK. From the moment the phone was answered promptly the service received was truly excellent.
I was immediately transferred to the correct person to deal with the issues. Unlike some companies one person was able to deal with everything saving the need to be transferred from one advisor to another.
The advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The advice I received solved the first issue and the second was solved within minutes by using a remote login, thus saving the need for taking the laptop anywhere and meaning that valuable time was saved and work could be completed with very little interruption.
Thoroughly recommended in all respects - I am sure that I will be using them again.
