I've always been suspicious of wine…
I've always been suspicious of online wine offers, not knowing if the wines were any good or not. Whilst I've drunk many really nice wines over the years, I've had my fair share of duff ones that turned out to be only good for cooking.
However, the offer of a case of red wines for around £5 a bottle, was too good to turn down. So, I bit the bullet and bought a case.
Delivery was brilliant and was on my doorstep within a couple of days.
I've now tried one of each of the 4 different wines and have to say they were all great. Smooth, full of flavour and tasting exactly as they should.
If they are ever on offer again, I'll certainly be buying another case and would thoroughly recommend Warehouse Wines.

Really upsetting experience
I ordered a case of wine in December for Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered when we were away on holiday. When we returned it hadn't been delivered. I reached out and the matter was sorted quickly. I was delivered 2 boxes and assumed that there were 6 bottles in each box as I had ordered 12. I didn't get round to checking the boxes but when I did I realised there were 12 bottles in each box not 6. I reached out twice via email. Both emails were not replied to so I assumed they did not require the wine so I gifted it to a friend for Christmas. In January I then receive an email saying that they wanted to collect the box or payment. I emailed back to say what had happened. I again received no response. I have replied to every single email and most do not get replied to. I then received emails with an accusatory tone, implying that I had stolen the wine. They requested I phone with my card details that I wasn't happy to do. I had to add my card details to their website which again I wasn't happy with but just to get this sorted, I had no choice. I have been really upset by all this as I had made every attempt to let them know so to be met with all this has been really unsettling.

Great value for money
The price on offer for the wine was very good and it was easy to order online. Delivery was very prompt and so far I’m enjoying the wine. I will definitely order more wine from Warehouse Wines.
