Quick and efficient, good prices and delivery costs
Really easy to use, good prices, the only issue you may find is stock levels. When I was on the site, they had single items on the SKUs I was trying to buy. So they might not carry a large stock of Warhammer stuff or I could have looked at an unfortunate time (just before restock) . However can't fault the speed of despatch for the models I purchased. Reasonable free P&P cost level (50GBP at time of purchase)

Very good service
There was a bit of a mix up on my order but as soon as I received the wrong item I got in touch and with a very rapid turn around my ordered item arrived at my door, I was also gifted the wrong item as they did not want to trouble me any further with having to send items back, the customer service was impeccable and the staff there could not be more helpful. I have and will be a customer of theirs again.
