The process was simple
The process was simple, delivery happened quickly.
The heating/lighting panel is now fitted and working perfectly in my tiny downstairs cloakroom.

Delivery was as promised and the unit was very easy to install. I had a small wall mounted unit for an internal office. Provides just enough heat to keep the room warm enough. Make sure you double check the heat output versus room size before ordering so you will not be disappointed.

5 star customer service
I wanted to replace some old storage heaters with infrared glass panels and had so many questions. I spoke to someone in sales who was so knowledgeable about the product and shared everything I needed to know with care and professionalism. It was because of this that I decided to go ahead and make the purchase that evening.
Also the product was on sale which made it even more valuable.
The product was dispatched quickly with free delivery.
I needed to ask about the delivery options and phoned again this time speaking to the dispatch department. They were really considerate and helped me find the best option for me. I couldn’t fault this joined up customer service approach. Just brilliant.

Purchase and shipping was seamless
Purchase and shipping was seamless. The installation instructions were straight forward, I did it by myself but two hands would be easier. Easy to connect and WiFi set up was straight forward. Puts out a decent amount of heat but will have to wait until winter to see how well it works.

I brought 3 infrared heaters
I brought 3 infrared heaters, one was a white panel, one was the mirror heater and the third was the new heater with the flame effect. They are all brilliant, heat the house comfortably and no cold spots. The best thing is the running costs I had all 3 on for 8 hours and I don't even think it cost more than 35 pence for all of them. Brilliant products highly recommend.

Great panel and customer service overall
Overall I am really pleased with the heating panel - we ordered a bespoke picture and it looks great!
I've deducted a star as the fitting template was omitted from the box (but was sent first class the next day).
There is also green switch on the back of the panel that disables the thermometer and remote capabilities (if you notice your panel doesn't turn off, this might be why).
The Warm4Less staff were very helpful and reactive to issues and questions, so no complaints there.
