Sent for something from this company and they sent me a text to say the item had been dispatched. Since then have not received it and each time you track the parcel, it takes you back to their home page. No tracking available. Tried emailing customer services. Sent the order number, date ordered etc and got a reply to say please provide your order number! Have emailed three times and have not had a response. Think I've wasted my money. Why are they allowed to trade?

Ordered 2 wallets.looked good in the advert/video. Waited several weeks for delivery.when they finally arrived they were nothing like the ones shown.just a cheap copy of no use at all.Requested a refund and was told to return them to China at own expense. (The postage would be more than the cost of the item) also offered a 30% refund if I kept the item.
Now not answering emails ! Still no refund

I ordered 4 packs silicon feet from Warmdays, and they lasted less than a week before the pads fell off. In the last month I have emailed them, written a letter as advised by Trading Standards and nothing, they offered 75% refund initially as Connie stated "Due to the influence of COVID-19, we will not accept return. We will refund 75% and you still keep it, is it ok?". 2 points, 1. The T&Cs clearly state they will give 100% refund if item is damaged / not fit for purpose and 2. If we are able to return clothing items why on earth can I not return 16 chair feet which are useless. Angry and disappointed goes beyond how I am left feeling. In exactly 1 month I have sent 14 emails!

I sent for some scratch repair for the car. I waited for nearly two months.When it finally arrived, I Thought I would try it out it was just a bottle of water. I tried to return and they wanted me to pay the postage again and (China).I am amazed that they are still allowed to sell this rubbish Keep well away from this site.

This companies website is very misleading it appears that you are dealing with UK but the product i have ordered is being sent from China and has still not arrived after 2 weeks. I will not deal with them again. Be careful

Absolute con do not purchase anything from this site- criminal!!!

Utter rubbish, keep away, £20 for car paint restorer that did arrive but may as well have used toothpaste for all the good it did. Total rip off.

Much to my surprise Warmdays have now refunded the £20, so not all bad.

This company is a SCAM. I lost £44 to an order which I never received. No response to customer services line. No phone number. No response

Another scam. You can't contact them or anything. I have discovered that if any item is being mass advertised by so called companies with usually odd names then they should be avoided because they are usually in China or somewhere else overseas. I had the same experience when I ordered a spinbrush, I got brushes but not the main unit. They called themselves Swanation. That product is still being advertised by umpteen probably scam companies. I think its possible Warmdays, and Swanation are the same people because you get the same computer generated response which does not allow you to click on any of their code numbers so you can't do anything .

Terrible company, ordered brushes for Hurricane spin & they don't even do the Hurricane Spin so brushes came & nothing to attach them to..... returns policy is zilch because you have to pay for the returns to send back YOURSELF - that's if your actually get your money back from the product.

A scam company. Not uk based. Zero customer service. Still waiting for product. Dread to think what horror story is behind this company ?

Can’t give negative stars. Trying to return a bra that is AWFUL but no luck. Going to have to keep it for comedy value. Shame as the products pictured are good ideas but they are not what you get.

Bought the Covid Xmas 2020 decoration from them.
Arrived within 2 weeks of order. Great looking product!

I returned my items to a China address at a cost to myself (£10 I must add).
This was in august, we are now in October and hundreds of emails later (exaggerated but it may aswell be) I am not getting a reply from them about my refund
Has anyone reported these further as I am not letting them get away with my money

This company is a Scam. I have been ripped off by them. Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered a garden mover and only got a wire head with no fixings and no instructions and where is the rest of the mower.
Rubbish COMPANY DON'T BUY FROM THEM. SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT.

The wire head i got is double the price of Amazons same item.

Response re shipping and only received the order when I raised a case via PayPal. Product shoddy and poor quality. Not worth the money. Avoid at all costs

I placed an order with this crowd on the 6th September. It is now the 12th October. I still have not received delivery! The latest tracking information advised the order was 'on it's way to the courier' on the 18th September. So glad this courier isn't in the business of delivery of urgent medical supplies!! Anyone else had bad experiences of Warmdays?

A total scam, ordered some boots, never arrived - email no longer working - website not available. CROOKS

SHOCKING. DO NOT BUY

Ordered wrist bands to fill with sanitiser. They came - were faulty - they came from China and were useless. I did get a refund MINUS the £5 or so postage so ended up paying that for nothing.

Better than not getting my refund at all I suppose but terrible customer service and no phone number!!

Clearly this company doesn’t exist.

Repeated e mails to company about not receiving item and computer generated e mail back from them asking me to photograph the goods!!
