Harry and john done a amazing job on our loft veryfast and tidy considering the lack of space
Very professional
Harry and John turned up on time, were really polite and professional, I was a bit concerned about the amount of stuff they had to work around in my mums loft but it didn’t seem to bother them. They were here less than two hours and left the loft clean and tidy how they found it. All very straight forward in the end.

Harry and John carried out a timber treatment and installed multifoil insulation for my mother on the Wirral. They were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful and we were both extremely pleased with them and their work.

My elderly mum had warmer solutions come and do her loft insulation great job was very kind to her thank you Harry and John for being so considerate 10/10
Very impressed.
Very impressed with this company from the initial phone call to the installation. I appreciated that being a women on my own that they sent a women to see me and complete the review. I was phoned three times to emphasize that there was no obligation. Elizabeth who did the review and Shane who did the installation were excellent, friendly, professional and courteous, no hard sell.
The company completed exactly as was explained to me. Shane worked very hard, no breaks and did an excellent clean up. It was loft installation and I have already felt the difference and turned the heat down. Very pleased.

Awful company - target vulnerable
This company is relentless.. they kept ringing my 80 yr old mum, previously took a deposit for work not needed. Luckily, I got involved but feel sorry for the ones with no family who then fall for it.
I asked them to take her number off their list and they still rang one morning and arranged to come within the hour! Again,I phoned them to cancel (about 3rd time in total). They really need investigating
Zak and Chaz
Zak and Chaz did some work for us in our home. They arrived at 8am on the dot both days and started work on removal of spray foam from the loft which was removed and bagged safely to be taken away. They worked non stop for 2 days. They were polite and friendly and we couldn't recommend them enough.
Total fraudsters
Total fraudsters. They prey on elderly people. They got my 80+year old parents to sign up. Amazingly they could start the totally unnecessary work within a few days! Fortunately I managed to cancel the contract. Their supposed head office is just a self-storage depot in East Molesey. Avoid like the plague.

I had Zack & Sean come to do some work in my loft today & I will definitely recommend them as they were very efficient & tidied up afterwards too :)
Zak & Sean did a professional job
Zak & Sean did a professional job. They arrived on time and cleaned up after them. They highlighted an area that had been missed in the original quote and which can now be rectified. Zak explained how the work had been done in accordance with Building regs. I had great confidence in his knowledge and abilities.
Fraudsters targeting elderly and vulnerbale
This review is a repeat of many here on trustpilot about these scam artists. But let's tell a story. Imagine an industry that had been promoted with government incentives and sold as a solution to the climate crisis, but one day was suddenly dumped by the climate lobby and government. Spray foam insulation is bad for most domestic buildings (rot timbers) and when sprayed onto the roof instead of the ceiling trap heat in the loft rather than the living spaces. So, this industry, bloated by government subsidy, that should never have been supported in the first place, suddenly had the rug pulled from its feet.
These companies all trade valuable lists of vulnerable clients (I refer back to this later), then marketing/sales agencies do the dirty contractual work for them before WS come to do the final dirty deed. The first dirty deed is getting the client to sign a completely unnecessary 14 day emergency works contract or something similar. Notice, once they get your signature, they are at your door in literally hours - in my mum's case 24-36 hours - to do the work and ensure they have grounds to pluck their made-up quotation from your bank account.
The dirty deed in this case meant lining only approximately 1/4 of the roof space they claimed to have sprayed as there is no hatch access to the rest of my mum's tiny dormer-bungalow roof. Despite the factual evidence of this, they continued to pursue my vulnerable widowed mother for £4000 of costs for having lined a roof space no bigger than a 2 person tent. They pursued her through two different firms, neither of whom would do more than write letters because they both knew the case had not a leg to stand on in the face of all the evidence my sister and I had gathered.
The company purports to have a complaints procedure, replete with named director (Mr M Hegarty) in charge of managing the complaints. Of course, this is all a facade ladies and gentlemen. We attempted to follow procedure but nothing was ever formalised, and Mr R Kavanagh was careful to ensure comments such as 'we tell our marketing company to not target people over the age of 65' - trustpilot shows us otherwise Mr R! - was always verbal and never written. I wonder if the guy is literate actually, it might explain his lack of humanity or inability to perceive good from evil.
Part of the many layers of cunning in all this is that, with the loss of legal aid in England and Wales, thanks to David Cameron, there is now very little space for small claims or civil cases of value less than c.£10,000 to be viable. Trading Standards Herefordshire have banned a similar company from trading in their authority, but this is one authority, banning one of so many bad actors in this entirely disposable industry.
Your house will become un-mortgageable, your building rotten, your energy bills unchanged and your life filled with bitterness and a hatred of people who go on lads holidays to UAE to enjoy sports-washing boxing nights. I just hope management vote as their morals suggest...in which case they probably shouldn't be helping to sportswash the UAE.
Don't bother with this company
I was contacted by phone to ask if I wanted my loft looked at if it needed insulation. I paid £1200 deposit. Zack and Pete came at 9amthe following morning and started work in my loft immediately. They never stopped, refused drinks (must be a first for work men). They had finished insulating the loft by 1pm. Great job, cleaned up afterwards and were very polite and friendly. However, they waited outside in their van for a while, the office rang me to take the balance of £3400. They did not drive off until (I believe) the office rang them to make sure I had paid.
However, since then I have had lots of conversations with one of their representatives (the one who came to see me) as he then decided (uninvited) to measure for damp on the outside walls. He said that needed seeing to. This was apparently to be done by another company. He also quoted for a loft ladder. I would not use this company again and am looking into getting all their work checked to see if everything was done correctly. They do seem to pray on people who live alone and possibly over 60.
Excellent service
Alex came out and surveyed the loft, finding high levels of moisture in the rafters. He explained the problem and what was required to remedy this. He arranged for my loft to be fitted with Superfoil as a priority.
Flávio and Max arrived after a very long journey from London. They worked solidly for 2 hours fitting the Superfoil. They were extremely polite and respectful and very quick with the installation.
Thank you to Alex, Flávio and Max.
Targeting older people
Clearly targeting older people - persuaded my elderly mother that she needed loft insulated - which she didn’t. Quoted over £5k and took a deposit and booked for 8am next morning with little chance for her to change her mind. Luckily I intervened and cancelled on her behalf. Stay clear
Open Cell loft foam removal
Having been conned once in getting the open cell foam installed in the loft we were very sceptical about accepting cold calls from companies requesting to remove it. Having received many such calls did invite Warmer Solutions to come and talk to us. Like all such reps they sound plausible, however on this occasion we had to admit Dean Booth, who lived just 30 mins from us, did seem genuine. They required a 30% deposit with the rest payable on completion. He even suggested paying the deposit with a credit card which added to our protection if needed. Job was completed in a day to our satisfaction, and the removed foam collected next day.
Excellent service
Sam and Harry arrived this morning. They were organised and professional in removing the everything in the loft. It was well worth booking for removal aswell as the application of the insulation. Both were helpful and polite and have left the house clean and tidy.
Excellent service
Sam and Harry came to empty and install new membrane, foil and treat timbers. We were both extremely pleased with their professionalism and communication. Kept us informed throughout the day and left the house immaculate. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys going forward. I would also like to mention Lee Simms who surveyed the job and gave a good service.
