Do not order from warmoceaners. My orders have never arrived. Tracking states items were delivered to local distribution center. We live in a rural town with a post office. Tracking also shows order was delivered and handed to person. I sent emails requesting more information with no response. Disappointed in this company.
I ordered a giraffe advent calendar. It was supposed to be 24 small figurines that stood up. I paid $42 for small pictures of assorted giraffes in between to pieces of junk plastic. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Do not order from this company. It is a joke!
Over a month and Im still waiting on my order! No shipment updates. No tracking information. And no answered emails.
Ordered three calenders, two of one kind and one of another.
I received three exact same items, two of which werent what i ordered.
Company advertises as being in the U.S. but the items clearly came from China.
Emailed to ask for the correct items to be sent out and one week later still no reply!
So much for easy returns and 24/7 contact.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
My husband purchased the giraffe advent calendar as a gift. It does not match the adverts whatsoever.
Each door is an inch in height, behind the door is a painted giraffe on a piece of hard plastic.
I am so very disappointed and angry that he has been conned this way!
