I rarely write reviews but felt necessary to follow up after my comms with Warm Wellies. What brilliant customer service alongside a great product. My daughter has had these wellies for forest school and they've been the only boot to keep her keep dry and warm all day. We had a welly with an unexpected manufacturing issue and Simon was incredibly swift to resolve and get in touch with me. What a great business with amazing customer service. Thank you Simon.

My new wellies (adult size 5, same as my shoe size) are absolutely lovely; they are a cuddle around my legs and feet. Massive recommendation

I love my wellies. They are comfortable, easy to get on and off and warm. The kids love theirs too - especially when it's cold, but also when we are on the beach. A lovely family business that looks after customers - well done Cookie and Simon.

Great product & brilliant customer service

My third time of ordering from this business which in itself pretty much says it all about the quality of their products. Yet again they went above and beyond to help me. In my usual last minute.com way I've taken it to the wire & then when the wellies I orginally ordered arrived I discovered I'd ordered the wrong size. Had to place another order today & I genuinely can't praise the customer services enough. Super helpful & v responsive. I've had so many bad experiences of online contact forms with so many sellers... absolutely not the case here! Thanks for your efficiency Simon.

These are comfortable and warm wellies which my wife loves. After sales service from Simon is brilliant - prompt and so helpful. Get some with complete confidence you are buying the best.

Great customer service and really nice wellies. Had these wellies recommended by a neighbour's daughter and have been really pleased with them for adults. Original pair developed an issue after 2 years, but customer service response was really good. Lovely company to deal with.

Wellies leaking from heel to mid calf after 1 winters wear, and not everyday wear either as I didn’t find them that great for walking in every day through the winter.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I bought a pair for my toddler and they are super warm and comfy. She loves them. 2nd trip out with them, we lost a boot (don't ask how!) and could not find it when we retraced our steps. I contacted The Warm Welly Company and Simon messaged back. He was super helpful, quick to respond and helped me get a single boot to match the one we had so we didn't have to buy a whole new pair. Now, I know that this is a little pot luck too but we were super impressed and feel soo grateful for Simon's kindness as well as professionalism.

What fantastic boots!

I ordered a pair of junior size 11 for my daughter after much research, I couldn’t understand why most children’s boots are so basic and cold, yet we try to get them to wear them during the coldest wettest months.

I work in fields and have worn expensive boots for years so know the benefits of neoprene lined boots. I remember being a kid and hating wellies as they were always poor fitting, cold plastic boots that were short and stiff and required two pairs of thick socks to make them at best bearable.

My daughter now has comfortable lined boots which means that particularly at the moment with all the restrictions she can enjoy the great outdoors in comfort.

A truly great pair of boots which were delivered well packaged and arrived on time.

Without question I will be buying more as she grows!
