Dealing with Warranty First is a delight from repair enquiry to authorisation and payment.
The individuals are very aware of the process they explain it well and execute what they promise.
I have dealt with Barbara, Cari and Mohamed all were pleasant efficient and reliable. I couldn’t recommend this business enough. I’ve dealt with some dodgy operators in my time when it comes to car warranties this is not one of them.

Mohammed was great throughout the whole process from the next steps of my claim to answering all the questions I had in regards to it too , very understanding and supportive. Amazing customer service was definitely provided.

Just renewed my warranty for my Range Rover Sports with an amazing repair plan specialist, Chantelle French🙌 honestly what a breath of fresh air. I was putting it off as I hate speaking to sales people but she really made a difference. No hard selling just affordable and appropriate options, I’m so glad she called me. Thank you so much for making this nice and easy especially with the cost of living 👏

Edit: They're trying to get this review removed! 8:58 on the first working day after I wrote it. They really don't like people being able to criticise them.
They have great ratings on here but that's plenty of five star reviews from people who are happy they've bought a policy (very easy) and haven't had to try and use it yet (very hard). They look slick and their marketing promises how easy it will be but they have designed plenty of ways to avoid paying. I won't bother to litigate exactly how they weaseled out of paying me, I'll just list a few ways they can get out of it so everyone can go in eyes open.
1) "We may consider..." they use this phrase a lot and insist they aren't an insurance company. Probably so they have a lot more discretion and freedom in when they have to pay out.
2) Lower limits for "wear and tear". Their policies tell you in the headline you're covered but they slip in a tiny section at the bottom with a bunch of items that they won't cover if they break sooner than the headline age and mileage.
3) "Wear and tear" again! Think about your car or the car you're buying, what components on a used car could fail and a slippery company wouldn't be able to say it was natural wear and tear? I'm struggling to think of anything a dishonest actor like Warranty First couldn't claim was natural wear and tear.
4) Your independent garage will not want to deal with these people.
5) They will pay directly to you if your garage refuses to deal with them. They won't give you the VAT though. That's 20% of the bill they save right there.
6) Your claim can be denied based on a single word in an itemised bill (as mine was) but if you want it approved you can choose to submit an absurd amount of evidence that your garage will not want to collect and you will be responsible for the billed hours to do so.
7) Their technicians are the true arbiters. Even if you provide the evidence they ask for they will choose to deny your claim based on all sorts of esoteric technical reasons that you can't argue with (and your garage will not want to spend time on). You can see a bunch of the other one star reviews for specific examples of this.
I don't know what they'll reply to this with if they even bother. They might come up with all sorts of excuses for why this is not awful behaviour or insist that they don't do this. They might try and make me out to be embittered or complain that I sent them a snotty email or say that my fault wasn't included in the terms of the contract. All those might be true, but I had confidence and now I'm out nearly £1500. These people run a confidence scam. Don't buy in unless you're certain they can't catch you out.

I wish I can give 0 star, worst warranty company ever dealt with.
I am repeatedly given conflicting guidance, pushed into situations that increased my out of pocket costs.
I am now escalating this matter to the motor ombudsman and to the court.
Please avoid and their customer service are useless
