The purchase experience was just so pleasant and relaxed. David kindly walked me through the different types os mattresses and explained all about their features. I visited Warren Evans in Camden with a friend yesterday who bought one of the beautiful beds and mattresses. It was a nostalgic trip as I bought a bed and mattress here 14 years ago and both are still going strong.

I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case I must make an exception.
Having found Warren Evans totally by accident on google maps, and finding their very small showroom on an industrial estate my wife and I were very impressed with the level of service we received from
Joshua Casey the company representative.
His knowledge and explanation of the different types of mattresses they HAND MAKE was exceptional.
We were given a delivery date of two weeks, true to there word 2 week’s later a brand new mattress arrived, there was no charge for delivery or removing the old mattress.
I would highly recommend this company.
Many thanks to everyone in this small private company who made our purchase so enjoyable.

Best customer service I’ve ever had. Were so helpful and easy to contact they replied immediately and arranged my order for me!

Rochelle was really helpful in providing me advice. Rochelle was very knowledgeable and responsive. I also met Ahmed in the Borough office and he explained the differences between the beds and tensions that best suited my needs. The website has plenty of useful information but the customer service was a big factor in influencing my decision to buy with Warren Evans.

A good example of how a well run business still trumps online. Good web site. Parking actually possible. Large showroom with exceptionally helpful staff,no pressurising and instead relaxed discussion of alternatives. Delivery possible problem surmounted by sending a video of staircases to ensure bed would make it to second floor.

David, who we saw initially, was very helpful and fully explained everything we needed to know about the bed we wanted to purchase. He gave us all the time we needed to make the right decision. The products are of excellent quality, covered by a long term guarantee. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their bed.

From viewing and trying their products in two London showrooms, to many weeks later receiving a full refund for having requested that the mattress I had bought be taken away, it has been a pleasure to deal with Warren Evans.
Their staff in the showrooms, on the phone and delivering or collecting the mattresses have all been courteous and considerate.
So even though I decided to return the beautiful King Size Organic turnable mattress I had bought, as it wasn't helping my lower back issue, I have no hesitation in offering 5 stars.

Delighted to again have a Warren Evans mattress and bed frame. Great to have showrooms and see and try out all the options before buying. Helpful staff in the showroom, customer service and delivery service too.
Relieved to have a mattress that so far is helping a back pain problem!
