Rochelle was great proactive, professional and very knowledgeable. She worked with me on the phone and then met us in person. Awaiting our bed but so far the experience has been lovely.

This company is everything I could have hoped for in a mattress supplier. Staff are knowledgeable and dedicated, the demonstrations are well done and, above all, the mattresses are well made and comfortable. I would say they are particularly well suited to those suffering from overheating who have not taken to some of these modern hybrid/foam mattresses.
It so happens that I initially picked the wrong mattress and so had reason to use Warren Evans' "no cost, no quibble" exchange/refund policy. It worked very well. After inviting me back for a second demonstration to choose a more suitable mattress, they then handled the actual exchange of mattresses efficiently and faultlessly. Clearly this company is good for its word.
I rarely write reviews but this time I felt a need to "shout from the rooftops" at how great my experience of Warren Evans has been. Recommended without equivocation.

Warren Evan’s is a complete gem, a family run local business with outstanding products, sales and a fantastic experience all round. It’s so rare to find products that are made in the UK, backed up with guarantees which reflect the quality of the work and a customer experience which really communicates the passion and values shared by those who work there. My family has just ordered its 5th WE bed, the oldest one is around 36 years old and in genuinely perfect condition. The quality of the products are without fault in either material not craftsmanship, and whilst initially dreading the process of going bed shopping the team at WE were extremely personable and knowledgable and made the experience both effortless and enjoyable. The prompt after sales care to go over specifics regarding delivery was also a breeze and yet another home run in a start to finish flawless experience. I couldn’t recommend WE highly enough!

I have always found Warren Evans’s to be a great company, helpful and with really good product. The new showroom may be hard to locate thanks to their “interesting” signage on Camden Street but its well worth it! Just find the way to the railway arches!

I’ve now bought three bed frames from Warren Evans and they really do make wonderfully stylish, solid and comfortable beds. Their customer service is excellent - friendly, helpful and speedy - from pre-sales to any post sales queries you may have. I had one and they really did stand by their 10 week returns policy, going out of their way to resolve the problem and make sure I had a bed that was perfect for me. I’m writing this review from that bed and I couldn’t be happier with either Warren Evans or the bed.

I have yet to receive my mattress but if their customer service is anything to go by I am going to be extremely happy with it. Dawid was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me through the ordering process. Looking forward to receiving my new mattress.

I needed to urgently buy a high quality natural mattress (at a reasonable price) for my daughter. Warren Evans team were very helpful, guided me on possible options and then assisted me in sorting payment. Quick and very reassuring to deal with. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a high quality matresses with no chemicals.

Everything about our experience with Warren Evan’s has been brilliant. I called and was given such helpful information to help me choose the best product, then the buying and delivering booking process was quick and easy. Delivery timelines were much quicker than I expected. As for the mattress itself, it’s always a risk buying online (we live too far away to try) but it’s wonderful, perfectly comfortable… and to know we are sleeping on natural wool, such a pleasure, I only wish the smell stayed for longer! Highly recommend - and once the children progress to single mattresses we will be purchasing them here too.

I was looking forward to visiting the showroom and choosing a new bed and the experience didn’t disappoint. The layout and space was attractive and made comparisons straightforward. Jade was friendly and knowledgeable and we made up our minds relatively easily. A positive experience for sure!

Customer service is brilliant, no questions return policy is totally true - I bought the organic 2000 then decided to change to Organic 6000 Hybrid and it was quick and painless. The organic 2000 is great but I decided to go for the extra comfort of the Organic 6000 Hybrid and so glad I did. It does everything my Serta Perfect Sleeper did in terms of support etc but without all the nasty fire retardant chemicals and foams. Best decision I made all year.

Really amazing service, practically from Dawid. I particularly liked the video appointment concept, whereby I could view the beds I was interested in, without having to travel to the showroom. Samples were sent out speedily, and follow up was super efficient without being too pushy! I am still waiting for the bed to arrive (delivery of which was actually speedier than I thought!), but this far, the whole experience has been great!

I wanted a quality mattress with no nasty chemicals in it. I wanted a comfortable cool mattress at a reasonable price. Well that is exactly what I got. Dawid Took the time to explain to me all the different variables of beds and mattresses and worked out best option for my son. Ordering process was very easy. Delivery was quick and Mohammed and Mustafa put together the bed quickly and were cheery chaps!
