I was very disappointed with my order…
I was very disappointed with my order from Warren James. I paid a lot of money for a necklace, but it arrived in a simple envelope with the necklace in a plastic bag. For the price I paid, I expected it to be presented much better, at the very least in a gift box or gift bag. The packaging made what should have been a special purchase feel cheap and careless. Unfortunately, this has left me feeling very disappointed with the overall experience, and it has made me question whether I would purchase from Warren James again.

Honestly disappointed
Honestly disappointed. I have had a necklace from here before and it was very pretty and good quality so I had full trust in ordering again. However I purchased the mother of pearl bracelet that came with the free matching necklace and I stupidly assumed it would be Sterling silver. I didn’t know it wasn’t until I checked the description a few weeks later. It turned my neck green and made it look a little grey then the chain proceeded to go rusty and looked almost black. The charm was fine it was just the chain. It was my own fault not for looking but I’m still disappointed as it was quite expensive for a product thags not real Sterling silver. I have added another star purely because it was packaged well and came quite fast.
