Christmas/New year holidays/decoration time.
Needed to freshen up paint in daughters room and hall, leads to its time for new artwork, found Warren Reed- Designer website through another site and happy I did. With holiday deliveries hit and miss I still placed order for new year delivery. One parcel arrived out of two parcels before New Year’s Day, second one unknown after 2days?, so decided to drop Warrens an email to see if they could chase it up for me on 2nd Jan 2025 mid day…hit send…yip you got it doorbell rang it landed. Sent Warrens a stand down message straight away, and got a meesage straight back saying they had just finished a call with Carrier, so customer service spot on after my first order. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and will be ordering again, next holidays I get off to decorate wee hee the joys of time off/marriage. Maybe I don’t tell wife I’m off next time 🤔 anyway both canvas arrived packaged well and art itself good quality, customer services quick and down to earth to email back and forth. No brainier for me next time I need artwork

Not a great experience but it was rectified
I’m I paid £25 for a piece of utter rubbish. A tea towel featuring a cockapoo image. If I’d seen it in a shop, even £3 would have been too much. Purchased via Debenhams. I contacted Warren Reed directly and they explained it was a production issue and refunded my money instantly. So they did try to put this right. I can only assume they will make sure it won’t happen again. So I’ve edited my review and given more stars

To provide some context, we received an email from Julia regarding an issue with her order. We promptly requested images of the faulty item to investigate further.
Within 15 minutes of receiving the photos from Julia, we responded to explain that the issue was due to a production error and confirmed that a full refund had been processed immediately.
Unfortunately, the negative review was posted before Julia had contacted us to discuss the problem. It’s disappointing when some customers choose to leave a very negative review without first giving small, local businesses the chance to resolve the issue.
We later reached out to Julia after going above and beyond to exceed her expectations, kindly asking her to update the review to reflect her full experience with our customer service. Thank you for the amended review.

2nd purchase, a lovely new glass kitchen splashback. It arrived much sooner than I expected ( 2 days after ordering on Amazon ) and it’s really fab.
My old one was so scratched and dull and it’s really made my kitchen happy again!

Be very carful if you don’t want their product, they do not give you money back and return faulty goods! They sent me a damaged and faulty suitcase, after I tried return, the smallest case and then claimed it was scratched and damaged on receiving it. I took it out of the box and immediately put it back in as it was so tiny! I then had issues being able to return due to the link not working. Be very careful of this company it is a complete rip off and I would never recommend!!!! Dishonest and untrustworthy!

Thank you for the review. I will just outline the situation.
All of our cases are brand new and Printed on Demand to order. So it wouldnt not be possible that you received a "damaged and faulty" suitcase.
This case was delivered on Thursday 15th May, after the weekend the client requested a return on Monday 20th May. This was arranged and collected Thursday 23rd May without trouble. At no point was it instructed that there was an issue with any link or that the suitcase was delivered "damaged and faulty".
The case was received in our production on Friday 24th, and unfortunately had been used and the front badly scratched.
The front had something sticky on it.
The item was packaged with two pieces of additional card that we do not use for packaging.
The wheels appear used.
The dust bag had an unpleasent smell about it.
The internal Straps inside the case have been unclipped.
The velcro inside was undone also.
There is a small white stain inside the case.

I am not sure why the clips and velcro would be opened, white marks inside the case and additional cardboard added to the packing if the case was simply taken out of the box and put back in.
Had the case the been "damaged and faulty" we would have replaced the case without question.
