I placed an order for 3 lightsabers. The color I ordered was out of stock so I agreed to take what they had. I was excited for the NV7 pixel saber. It worked ok in the beginning however it stopped working and the power button doesn't work now. I had the saber standing up leaning against the wall and it slipped and fell down and now it doesn't work. I contacted customer support but didn't get a reply. Such bad service. Not going to purchase anymore products from them and don't waste your time or money.

Orderd a lightsaber from them over a month ago and after a week of trying to reach them to ask why my saber was not sendt they promised they would send it by dhl express. But searching the shipping number says it is still not shipped and has been at the same location since I was told it was shipped to me. Now I do not get an answer, no response after sending multiple e-mails to them.
I have asked for a refund, but I am not holding my breath.
Verry disappointed as the saber looked great in the videos.
So finally arrived, and although the customer service has not been good and the delivery took way to long, it is actually a very good saber for the price.
