Wasabi Scripts Support
So my rating is not on the scripts they make, because to be completely honest the scripts are great. For the most part support was good up until today. Asked for support on an error I had and had a dev or support member that fixed my problem. Now here comes the issue, I also asked for help with a question or concern I had on compatibility they had with a UI they have in their own script. I explained to this guy that last time I tried to do it myself I broke the script if he could try and help me out as last person that helped me with this issue was able to get it done in less than 5 minutes. Well this guy refused to help and told me to follow the instructions which I did 2 times and it was the same outcome. So I reached out for help on the script breaking and this guy just went off on me saying I need to maybe learn to be a dev and learn the language so I don’t have to be asking for help. Goes to say that’s the problem with the fivem community nowadays that anyone thinks they can be a server owner without knowing the language. I explained that if I wanted to learn the language or needed to I wouldn’t be buying scripts that offer support included. He continued his disrespectful rant. I stopped arguing with him and let him know I would be waiting for an admin to try and help me out since he was unwilling to help me out and his response was to close my ticket out since I’m guessing he got bothered or attacked by my response. Overall the worst support member I’ve ever had to deal with. If you are going to buy scripts from these guys and need support just make sure you ask for someone else if you end up getting support from rumaier. He expects you to be a dev and isn’t one of those people to go the extra mile. He does enough to get by. So this review overall is on the support since this guy is part of it. Just looks like this dev hates his job cause his scripts never blew up and he ended up being just a support member for something bigger than he is.
