My keyboard is malfunctioning. I have opened at least two tickets and no response. This is extremely frustrating as I paid good money for this keyboard. It is new and should be under warranty. Have they gone out of business?
I have purchased 4 keyboards with them. The oldest one is about 8 years old and still going. They feel amazing to the touch. I highly recommend MX Red if you are a programmer.
Their customer service is amazing as well. they crafted a very custom keyboard with the american flag in the space bar for me.

I recently acquired my fourth WASD keyboard, and regrettably, it will be my last purchase from this brand. I have discovered a persistent defect in the firmware that hinders the shortcut for Spotlight Search from functioning on Mac OSx operating systems. Unfortunately, this appears to be a known issue both by WASD and the board manufacturer.
I want to acknowledge that WASD has a reputation for creating near-perfect keyboards, and in many aspects, they are impeccable. I have previously enjoyed their quality and performance. However, I must express my disappointment that the company continues to sell these keyboards at full price despite being aware of the mentioned flaw.
While refunds are available with a standard 10% restocking fee, the persistence of this issue has unfortunately made these keyboards unusable for my specific needs. I sincerely hope WASD will consider addressing this problem in future iterations, as I believe they have the potential to offer a flawless product that meets the needs of all users.
