We completely understand your concern regarding the delivery charge and timeframe, so we would like to clarify this for you. Your order was placed on 23/07/2026 after 4:00 PM, which means it was processed and dispatched the next working day, 24/07/2026.
As this was a Friday, the next working day delivery timeframe would fall on Monday, as weekends are not counted as working days for this service. Based on this, your parcel was delivered within the expected timeframe.
Regarding the £5 delivery charge, this was applied because the order value was £9.90. Our free delivery option is available on orders over £40, so postage was charged correctly on this order.
We’re sorry for any confusion caused and hope this helps explain how the delivery timeframe and postage charge were applied. Thank you again for shopping with us.
