This was my first time using Washos and if there was no customer service available then you shouldn't have been open today. There were issues that I may have purchased the wrong package, the person on chat tried to charge me $103 for the clearly stated $40 pet hair charge. It took more than a half hour to reach anybody at any given time. The tech, Justin was great.

WASHOS’ process—from first contact to post‑service review—is exceptionally user‑friendly: easy, fast, efficient.
Cody arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled but informed us of the delay roughly 15 minutes beforehand. He was friendly, pragmatic, straightforward, flexible (my wife needed the car and he adapted seamlessly), efficient, attentive to detail, and thoroughly professional.
We were fully satisfied with both WASHOS and Cody’s service.

I booked Washos to wash two cars and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The technician showed up 36 minutes late, then informed me he only had time for one car despite my booking for two. He claimed it would take 40 minutes.
What I got instead was barely 15 minutes of "service" for what was supposed to be a 1-1.5 hour appointment. The tech didn't actually wash my car with soap and water—he just sprayed it with water from a spray bottle and wiped it down. He completely skipped vacuuming the interior, which was part of what I paid for.
When I contacted customer service about this unacceptable service, they refused to issue a refund. They offered me 20% off a future visit (why would I come back?) and said they blocked the tech who came today. If the service was so bad that they blocked their own employee, why won't they refund my money?
I paid for a proper car wash and got a guy with a spray bottle for 15 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and money—go to a regular car wash where you'll actually get what you pay for.

I complained about the dust and dirt I found later after the car wash. Gave detailed pictures to custumor service agent, although i still have not received a resolution. I think it is disappointing to receive a detailing job but then find spots that have been missed.

Engine Cleaning was not good
Engine Cleaning was not good. Paying $60 and a tip was not worth it. The car was great. Id like to see a refund or credit for next wash.
