I DO NOT RECOMMAND

I do not recommand this website for any shopping online. If you receive your order that’s great, but i hope for you you don’t have any issue with the order (if it breaks, or it’s pierced) because they will not answer, you will both money and your order. I have been more than patient, i have send a lot messages to reach them, very politely even if i am mad that the kayak i ordered broke after only two short kayak trip, but they will not answer. i have no other choice to put a comment to let them know that i won’t let go.

Excellent support

I had some problems with my Silva headlamp. The case was handled very quickly by wassersporteuropa.de and Silva. Excellent feedback along the way by the company.
