I had a great experience with Watch Chest. I bought a rolex datejust black diamond at a good price and when i was ready to move on they bought it back from me at a fair price.

The value assessment I was initially given appeared to be nothing more than a "gimmick" to get the customer to submit their watch and to mail it in. However, after a very thoughtful, informative email from the President of Watch Chest I was made aware that I very unintentionally misinformed them of the watch size and age, which significantly affected its value. I initially believed this to be a preplanned, systematic method of paying less for each watch than had been originally offered. However, that’s not a fair assessment on my part. The watch was not what they were initially told(by me) and thus was worth less. My initial review of this company was motivated by disappointment and unsupported by facts. I’d advise sellers to be very sure of the facts and features of their watches so as to avoid self inflicted disappointment.

I can’t recommend Watch Chest enough! It was a wonderful experience end to end. I worked with Cody who was super knowledgeable and professional. We spoke over the phone so that I could get all of my questions answered. I bought a Rolex and it arrived as advertised in pristine condition. I also love that this is a family run business that invest in selling high quality watches. This was my first purchase from Watch Chest but based on my experience, I would have no hesitation recommending them or working with Cody again.

I know why they do. Cody was so helpful communicative extremely responsive in a timely fashion. Made me feel comfortable in an area. We’re buying an a luxury item. I have to say that I was hesitant at the beginning, mainly because there is an up-front payment requirement. From the moment I unboxed it, the condition of the watch was undeniable; it is exactly as described by Cody and as reflected in the pics he kindly sent me beforehand for inspection.

Against, Cody’s advice I had the watch delivered to the house, only to have the ups guy tell me, he couldn’t “find” the package at delivery. Save yourself the trouble, take the advice and have it delivered to the ups location.

The ups driver ended up coming back 20 min later with the watch, after I had a little chat with his supervisor.

The box is discrete, but the tamper proof tape gives away it’s a valuable package.

I worked with Chris who was extremely knowledgeable about the Air King I purchased, and Rolex in general. He made sure I knew about the wire payment option as way to save money. What I appreciated most is Chris' request that we discuss the watch size before I purchased.
