Matt was extremely professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Various watches discussed in my price range and I got to try on several watches before settling on another submariner (there is obviously something I like about subs)! The watch is immaculate, and it was very fairly priced. Matt removed links to get the fit correct while we waited and couldn't have been more helpful. A bonus was my other half was kindly gifted chocolates for her patience whilst we nerded out about watches! Many thanks Matt for an amazing watch and a great experience.

A completely spontaneous walk through Royal Arcade and I spotted an Explorer II that I had been after for a while, Matt couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful (or a better salesman...) and within 20 minutes the purchase had been made. I will definitely make a call to Matt the first stop on the search for any future watches.

I recently bought a Rolex Explorer 36mm in their London boutique. The service was very professional and knowledgeable. They even took the time to refit the bracelet to my wrist size. The watch is in excellent condition and came with box, papers and swing tags. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend them.

I recently bought a Rolex GMT Master 2 Coke, from The Watch Club. A friend of mine recommended them, as a good place to buy a Rolex. I kept my eye on their website, and was delighted when I spotted the watch I was looking for! I immediately made an enquiry through their website contact form, and received a swift response from one of their experienced staff. He sent me a video of the watch, which really helped me make up my mind about buying it. It couldn’t have been easier. Paid for the watch, and received it safely the next day. Absolutely thrilled with it. Exactly as described, on their website. I needed an extra link, as the bracelet was a bit tight, for my wrist. I spoke to the salesmen, he shipped a spare link, which was then fitted. A perfect fit! I would have no hesitation in buying another watch from The Watch Club in the future.

Looking for a specific watch and found it on the
internet at The Watch Club. Wanted to see actual watch
so went into London and was pleasantly surprised to see their assortment. The staff were very helpful taking the time and trouble to explain various things about the watch I wanted and I must give them the highest marks for looking after me. Well done.

Walking past and called in on the off chance, I didn't even know the shop existed, I am glad we did stop, a great selection of watches sold buy people that make you feel very welcome, valued and above all else they have knowledge of the products they are selling ( great champagne also).
Whilst we were there we were shown some of the most rare and amazing watches we have ever seen.
We ended up buying two watches and will without a doubt we will be using again.

The team at watch club was extraordinary in every way. While visiting London we always do a little shopping. The girls are usually after handbags and I look at watches. Upon looking in their window I noticed a very well curated collection. That day I was on the hunt for a Rolex Pepsi. Looked at several, however, watch club had one in great condition and competitively priced. On top of that the team was excellent to work with and as an avid watch enthusiast I could tell that they were knowledgeable and had the same enthusiasm for watches as I do! I would highly recommend them!
