Sorry to hear that the watch never arrived.
We understand that you stayed in a hotel and that they did not accept it, you can not hold us accountable for this. It now appears that you are no longer staying in the hotel and NL, so sending it again makes no sense either. We will have to wait for the return of the package by PostNL. As soon as it has been returned, we will refund the purchase costs. This normally takes a few days and not the 2 weeks you are talking about. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It was delivered quickly. The watch looks nice on my son’s wrist after I obtained a kit to remove pins for resizing the link band.
You may want to mention such kits or tools are required for realizing the watch band.
