The acquisition process was flawless
The acquisition process was flawless, didn't wait too long for the watch to arrive, and it came perfectly as described (I personally purchased a 2010 Yacht Master). The team at WatchDreamer was very responsive whenever I had questions on delivery and availability.

Top - friendly, customer-oriented and easy processing. Gonna buy again with this company. Bought a new watch with them and was not at home, so they postponed shipping - everything worked fine. Even if the watches they display on their homepage is not what you are looking for you can ask them and they organize it. Just great!

I'm sorry I have to write a review with only 2 stars, but I ordered a Panerai watch in January this year which was a quick and easy process, I did appreciate that.
The watch arrived as promised a few months later.
BUT... I just picked up my watch from the Panerai store, where it was in for a full service and mechanic check.
The watch was faulty and had a power reserve of about 6 hours, even after wearing it all day. So the watch stopped working every night at exactly 3 am.
Luckily the guarantee covered this. The only sham I didnt have the watch for another month.
