The ordered Rado never came to me, the customs
told me it seems to be a fake,they got in contact with RDO Switzerland, and has to be destroyed if so.
Tried to get in contact with the dealer,no reaction.
I bought a few watches during their closing sale and I want to return one now but their website is closed down! I've tried emailing and calling them but no one is replying. It is ridiculous that they can just get away with this kind of behaviour. I'm stuck now as to what to do.
I normally don't do these reviews but since I want to inform people that are considering to place an order and there's a lot of negative feedback I made an exception. I was a little put off at first from all the negative feedback. Eventually though, I did place an order because watch elements was by far the cheapest for the watch I wanted. I received an order confirmation right away and the order was dispatched the same day. The package arrived even before the estimated shipping time. Upon arriving, the watch was well packaged so I was happy. Though, I read a lot of people are experiencing issues when they want to return their order, so I do not have a review for that. All and all I was pleased with the speed of the order and the watch ofcourse.
I bought a few watches with the intention of trying them on and returning the ones I didn't like. They have not accepted my return and have told me that the watch 'shows signs of wear'. When I asked for pictures of the watch they sent them to me and the watch clearly did not look worn.
They told me they'd like to return the watch to me, and reluctantly I gave my address. However they have not sent me the watch back or refunded me and have not replied to my emails for over 2 months.
I will be reporting them to trading standards.
Stay away from this corrupt company!
Firstly, the watch that was shown on the site was a different design to the one I received, Why put photos of a watch that is not the exact same as the product you are selling?
After trying to call and use the live chat I sent the watch back for a refund that same day.
No one ever answers the phone or is there to discuss via live chat, even after I sent an email there was no response. Abysmal customer service.
First and last time I will purchase anything on the site. Steer clear.
