In order to keep our costs down and our prices as low as possible, we do not give refunds. This is clearly spelled out in the terms and conditions that Victoria agreed to before she placed her order. We want our customers to be happy so, if you don't like the watch you received, you can send it back and exchange it for any other watch on our website or for a store credit. Every business has a right to make its own return policy, as long as it is clearly displayed and spelled out on their checkout page.
I was skeptical but now I amazed
I was skeptical when I found the same Michele watch on Nordstrom for 31% less plus no sale tax. I did my research and know that these guys had been around over a decade so I was confident enough to buy my wife Christmas present. I got an email back from Marc, saying he will do his best to get it there on time. I received it two days before Christmas. My wife love her watch and I loved the saving. I only see one review on trust pilot here so I figured to spread the good words. Thanks for the saving and a good experience Marc at watches-Swiss.com

I can only speak highly of Marc of Mark Time he is very professional, kind and quickly available via email too for any clarifications on any matter will it be shippings, order etc.
I purchased a splendid watch as a gift, the watch was sold out on Shinola website and watches-swiss.com had it in stock. I was able to purchase it at a discounted price compared to retail too!!!
The watch arrived in Italy as scheduled, Marc again was very helpful to explain and help me clear my doubts about how customs work as this was my first international order.
The watch was shipped in a big box surrounded by air cushions, one of the best packagings I've seen ever! Also the inside of the watch box was packed with a different type of cushions to keep the watch in position. Courier proof.
Here below some shots, if you read bad reviews on Mark Time or watches-swiss.com they are probably talking about another person, i can't believe it.
