The watch was delivered to Germany quickly and it came in a giftbox. I had to male a few adjudtments to de delivery option and the customer service was realy promt and helpful. I would definetly buy again from them again.

The packaging and sending was good. the information an updates about sending via email was good. original product. Send fast. Recommend the seller!

I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone, purchased watch been delivered late with Amazon courier which is atrocious left in back garden on they’re website says Royal mail is a courier, watch itself not working battery died wife doesn’t want to wait to send it back and buy something else, contacted them about the issue and they come back to me with answer if you replace battery and provide us receipt we will refund you 10pound when battery replacement costs 20-25 pounds in shop, send an email with receipt atached to get at least 10 pound back and nothing its gone week now nobody even responds to emails anymore. Avoid if you want hassle free expierence.

Watches2u are making me wait for an item they had delivered by royal mail which was left outside on the door step and unfortunately stolen I have provided all evidence where possible and information I can they are now making me wait for an issue they need to take up with royal but as a customer they aren't willing to resolve my issue prior to previous reviews reading it seems that they are frequent withholding either refunding or replacing items through there business!

They need to resolve there issue now with me as a customer and take up the matter with there delivery service who have caused them a loss royal mail have also confirmed they had left the item in an unsafe space but watches 2u are delaying resolving my issue and I get short half hearted response from them

I get the issue leaving the parcel at a door isn't there fault but they should take some ownership rectifying this with the customer

The website was easy to use. Price of the watch good, with free delivery.

The delivery was quick and I was able to get updates.

It's been a week passed the delivery date and yet I haven't received my order and still have no clue when I'll receive it...this feels like a scam...will not recommend to anyone (order number 1753706)

First time using this site, good pricing alongside a promo code at the time. Delivery via Royal Mail, sent the tracking link the next day! So in terms of delivery no problem at all.

My only issue I has was the clasp on the Casio A168 wouldn’t close. I’ve had many Casio watches before and never had any issues with ‘quality control’ so to speak. So not sure how much stock is ‘New’ direct from here.

But overall not a bad experience.

Well, as you asked me to review your company I can only do so on my experience. I bought a watch sold by you as new. When I received it you did not need to be an expert to see the watch was anything but new. It did not work, there was no plastic disc's on front or back and worsed of all the back was completely discoloured and covered in small scratches. Something that only happens when a watch has been worn for a considerable time.
Now I could have taken it to trading standards because you were in direct beach of the law.
However, I contacted you and you said " Sorry about that, just return it and we'll issue a refund."
Well congratulations, you must be making so much money that you don't really care because if that was my company I would have been falling over myself to show that's not in any way normal or what I would expect as a response to such a serious problem.
So, would I consider doing any business with you again. Not at any price.
Don't bother replying with your platitudes and appologies. Should have made a better effort at the time.
Ps Your quality control is obviously non existant.

My Michael Kors watch arrived with no stopper on the winder so the watch was already running ,who knows how long for and therefore,technically,used and second hand. Very unimpressed as the item should have been new and in perfect condition. Subsequently,watches2u have told me they do not guarantee that items will have a working battery and will not refund me ! Bizarre,who sells watches without guaranteeing it will have all working parts.

I bought a Timex watch and because of the italian holiday period It takes some day more. You know... there are a lot of fake dealer on the web and I had some "thought"!
Anyway the ship was good tracked by german mail service and I got my fantastic TW2U41800!

Returned my purchase and even though Royal mail had confirmed its delivery they still have not refunded me. Their phone line never gets through and they don't answer emails! Got Citizen Advice and trading standards involved.

I purchased for my partner, the purchase itself was easy and great, was shipped super quick, and delivered though DHL which was immaculate too, received it in Australia quicker than I receive AusPost deliveries from the other side of the country.

I bought a Swiss Military chronograph watch and the wrong one was sent. Mistakes happen but I was sent the correct watch a few days later, which I’m very happy with. A very good deal too.
