Great Watch but horrific service
Well, I at the time of paying my purchase, I told your staff that I am buying a watch in order to make a complaint. This is exactly how I felt about the service of Watchfinder in HK. In terms of weighting of this complaint: 30-50% goes to your staff, 20-30% for her supervisor and 50-20% for the Watchfinder servicing structure. Don't worry, I shall send a letter to your CEO to document my experience.
By the way, the watch I bought is terrific and it's a 5 star rating. Do you own math on why the overall rating is only average.
