Watch Harbour 

Tried to call, phone line not in working order. Emailed to ask about watch no response, went to address nothing there. I wonder if this company still exists.

I spent a while checking out on-line businesses because I didn't want to spend a reasonable sum of money and get ripped off. Watch Harbour are genuine and I'd recommend them to my friends. Take your time and check out whoever you want - I'd still come back here.

I had a specific requirement for a Milgauss - something about the design, particularly the face with the unusual colouring, has always appealed to me. I had a lot of trouble, however, sourcing one - that was until Watch Harbour came to the rescue with some great advice and feedback via email and telephone. I’m not a frequent buyer of watches in this price range, so it was good to chat and get the full details of the product and overall deal without being present for the transaction. I don't really review a company unless I think other punters should steer away from them. It is quite the opposite with Watch Harbour! Best customer service I have ever received and my watch came exactly when they said it would. Top notch from start to finish. I bought a Jaeger Le Coultre and dealt with Joe; whose horology knowledge was very impressive!

I purchased a ladies Cartier watch for my wife from Watchharbour for her birthday, and I have to say that I was very pleased with the service that I was given. The watch arrived on time and was in the most excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone that is in need of a reputable watch retailer. I placed many conditions on my purchase, such as date, time and venue for the delivery, which was different to the actual delivery address. Some companies do not accept this, however Watchharbour were happy to help me with my requests.

I picked out the style I wanted, and called up WH and they managed to find it for me cheaper than I could find in any London shops... What's not to love?

Always wanted a Submariner watch since I first saw it when I was younger. From discussing the different models to shipment of my submariner it was a pleasure to deal with these guys throughout.

I was delightfully surprised to find that Watch Harbour had the Rolex that I had been trying to track down for quite some time in stock. They were really helpful and easy to deal with, but most of all they had no "hard-sell" sales tactics, that are so often the case with these on-line retailers. they did their best to put me at ease and provide me with the information that i needed so that i was confident when making my purchase. The watch. The watch arrived next day delivery via fed ex, and I was so happy when i received it, as despite being second hand it looked brand new and came with original box and papers.
