Excellent Customer Service
I ordered the watch as a gift for my husband. There was a problem with dispatch due to a technical issue. I contacted WatchNation by email advising of the issue. WatchNation replied promptly, apologised for the issue and dispatched the watch immediately. It arrived the next day by Special Delivery. Great watch, excellent value.

The chain I bought is beautiful
The chain I bought is beautiful. The chain was not in the bag, it was all hanging out when I opened it. Luckily no damage done.
This could have been due to transit and not the person packing the item, as the fossil tin has a dint in it.
I really do love my chain, and would recommend watch nation to family and friends :) I have changed this to 5 stars - your customer service has been amazing. Thank you

Customer service is outstanding! Communication was on point . I got the best price on my dream watch .They even held it at the sale price until I completed the order . I ordered it on the Tuesday and had it on my wrist the next day ! You just can't get any better than that .
