We bought a swimming pool pump from Water-Garden last summer. When we opened up the pool in the spring, everyone mentioned it was very noisy. So I took a video, sent it to Bradley, who said he would send it to the manufacturer and try to get a replacement as it shouldn't be that noisy. Now we have a replacement pump that is roughly half the noise. It would have been easy for Bradley not to have done anything about it - it still worked after all but I was really impressed with the fairness and speed of response. Fantastic customer service

Found what we wanted on line.after a phone call the help and technical knowledge was excellent. Drove down to meet the supplier and was given a demo of the product's and lots of advice. Fitted the diffuser system our selves and a phone call for a query answer was sorted. Very helpful and friendly.

Pump and waterfall look great but I wasn’t happy that they didn’t have plugs or anything to connect to the electrics

What an amazing company. Called early in the morning and the phone was answered straight away. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable person who answered enables me to have the confidence I was purchasing the correct item, without making me feel I should be spending more money than necessary. Then to top it all, matched an online price from another company. What a service. Would recommend to anyone who needs pond equipment or advice.

I have no review on the gardens themselves, and the reason I gave one star is purely because we travelled a long way to buy pond plants, getting stuck in heavy traffic on the way, only to be told that they haven't sold them for a couple of years now, or at least the company who did so no longer do.
Really not good enough. We wasted a lovely day on this project, but as you apparently do not answer negative reviews, this is obviously a waste of time. We would have liked to walk around the gardens but were pretty fed up by this time, so please could you stop saying you sell pond plants when you don't.

I was trying to reply to your comment below but seem unable to do so, so hopefully you will see it here, and while I agree, having gone over you page again, plant sales aren't advertised prominently, it does say by appointment, so apologise for my error.

Ordered replacement pump for pond filter system. Very competitive price and overnight delivery without issue. Great customer service. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely appalling service. We bought a pondless waterfall, however when installing the tubing it was noted that there were holes in it, causing leaks. We therefore went and bought new tubing. My husband emailed the company about the issue and received a very shocking curt reply. Pictures of the holes were enclosed. He then wrote an email to the MD who also was very dismissive claiming that they did not stock that kind of tubing, however it is clearly shown on the website that it is exactly the same! I felt I had to write a review as my husband does not want to continue with this matter any further. My husband is also an MD and always talks about customer service and the importance of customer satisfaction which was clearly very lacking from this company.

Brilliant company - Andy was so helpful coming up with a custom solution for me. Kit is solid and well made. Great comms throughout - first class service!

Purchased the Velda Fish Feeder Pro. Excellent bit of kit, with a huge 3 litre dry food reservoir. Control screen was a little difficult to read in bright sunshine, but were happy to replace under warranty - arrived in 24hrs, now installed and whole system is loaded, connected, timings and schedule set and working perfectly. Great communication and follow-up aftersales. I will be back to check if they can help with other pond issues.

They helped me out with all my ponds problems gave me expert advice.
The sales team are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Professional service and a great depth of knowledge in the field

Pond, installed by Jack at Water Garden, was made too shallow, approx 6 inches deep despite my asking for a minimum of at least 2 foot deep as anything less is not suitable for wildlife, also creates a huge algae problem. Materials were over ordered, I did not need a quarter of what was ordered, excess then left on my drive for months afterwards. Filtration already broken after one year and no contact or aftercare to help resolve these issues. Would not recommend

After acknowledging my order, and taking the payment, Water Garden just went into complete radio silence. No answers to queries about the non-arrival of my goods. Just nothing.

Very disappointed with them, and cannot recommend them
