Experienced trouble with my water softener 18 months after purchase. Initially some delay in getting Water2buy to follow up, but they subsequently honoured their commitments in full and were most helpful.
The quality of a company is measured by how they deal with problems when things go wrong, and this company has proved its worth. I would certainly recommend them.

the online chat doesn't work, the first delivery got lost. Customer Support works the same way, i have been waiting for 2 weeks to get a picture of the way the softener should look inside to make sure mine was installed correctly....didn't get yet despite many reminders

Quick easy ordering and fast delivery of wb200 water softener. Fitted it today was just as easy looking forward to nice soft water now

After 19 days, 4 emails, 2 phone calls, and a static tracking number, I'm forced to leave a 1 x star review.

Water2buy have failed to deliver both the Water Softener and their promises and I would never recommend this crowd to my worst enemies.

If you like the daily anticipation on if you will get some type of honest response, then maybe these guys are for you, otherwise, steer clear.

W2B180 bought via E-Bay. Arrived by courier ahead of time indicated by E-Bay. Very good quality product and simple to install. Very clear instructions supported by YouTube video. I had a minor problem with a damaged canopy. The company were easy to contact and resolved the issue without any quibble, sending out a replacement by courier. Overall very impressed.

Quick delivery. Easy DIY installation if you have a basic knowledge of plumbing, just a few compression fittings, valves to existing 15mm copper pipe. Need a 15mm hose and jubilee clip for the drain. Water test before was around 1000ppm, now it’s around 50ppm a month later.

Great service. Ordered online, it arrived in 2 days, I asked for the Pro Install then decided to DIY so they refunded the charge willingly.
Looks neat and works very well!
Just to point out that you do seem to need the Install kit whether or not you have Pro Install.

I bought a water2buy 200 water softener and found it easy to install, set and it works perfectly.

The products are hit or miss. If you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty item, do not expect customer care to reply to your emails.

I installed my water softer myself, if you’re used to DIY jobs it’s quite easy. The softener works very well, the price was okay and the service from the company has been excellent. I ordered a pair off braided hoses to connect my softener then found I didn’t need them. I contacted the company who told me it was an economical for them to process returned hoses so they would refund me and I could keep the hoses. I would certainly recommend this company, if only all companies provided such good service.

Great product and service. Initially thought we could install ourselves but it was definitely a bit too complicated for us. We opted for the pro installation service and were happy we did. Rosse from Rhino plumbing was great and we’ve noticed a big difference in our water in just three days!

I have installed the W2B 500 myself and it was quite easy. With all the video's it should be no problem.
I orderd the watersoftener by phone and 5 days later it arrived in Spain.
And any question you have, they wil answer very quick. Highly recommended.

I purchased a W2B 180 unit to replace an existing softener from another manufacturer that had become uneconomical to repair. Very impressed with the information provided by their sales guy Zdenek. Answers to my enquiries were detailed, accurate and to the point.

Since placing the order and having installed the unit, I'm really impressed with the softened water condition. It's been in service for approx. 6 months and is truly excellent. Quiet in regeneration mode and very economical on salt usage. There's a numeric countdown on the LCD display that indicates the remaining period before the next regeneration process begins. Regeneration stages and times are also shown on the display when the unit recharges the ion exchange resin to provide a further supply of softened water. I have no hesitation in recommending these softeners, both from pre-order and after sales viewpoints. If you're going to spend money on a softener, you really should be considering one of these!

In order to keep the price lower, they will not tell you that the water softener doesn't come with the hose. Even when you place the order, there is no suggestion to add a hose. I paid express delivery fee. Received the softener without hose. Now I need to place another order only for the hose. Again, express delivery fee. Nice sales strategy!!!

Only just got the water softener and had it installed so I cannot comment on how good it is but I can comment on the installation and the instruction manual which in my opinion is poor.
It does not cover whether to use block or tablet salt although the picture intimates that it should be tablet.
You have to set up the water softener using the electronic display screen but again no instructions in the instruction manual so I had to google and watch the instructional video that explained the procedure well. I got there in the end but I would urge Water2buy to improve their instruction manual. Test it out on someone like me!
