Total lack of communication
Waterlogic failed to notify us that they had taken over from our previous supplier.
We had to ring for a service call that was supposed to be done on a periodic basis.
The person who came to service our unit was very untidy in appearance.
So far, very unimpressed with Waterlogic.

Co2 connection problems
Nice idea except we find it hard to connect the co2 bottle to the system
Always seems to have a problem and we go through a co2 bottle within one week..
Very annoying and no support
Great filtered water and great chilled filter water
But yeah reason for getting system was for carbonated water which is no longer available due to connection problems

No service never seen them
We have been with them for nearly 3 years and once our contract is over I won't be back. Only gets serviced when we call them to come and do it or if it stops working. Never heard from them

Never had any trouble
I've had Waterlogic water cooler (hot & cold) in my office for over 10 years and can't complain whatsoever. One time that it was leaking due to a fault (as it machine was getting old), it was replaced straightaway with no drama.

We have been using Waterlogic for over 12 months now after they approached me about reviewing our office water supply and costs. We were in the middle of a cost saving initiate so we agreed to a review and pricing. The system works perfectly and we have had no issues. All around we are happy customers.

DFK Richard Hill
Took a long time from agreeing to use Waterlogic Australia until we had it installed. Again when we had a problem in getting it repaired the length of time was unacceptable and no one wanted to take responsibility. The unit itself is neat and practical and is liked by all staff. My Opinion
The servicemen who call have been knowledgeable, friendly and do the service work professionally and extremely well but office management doesn't seem to exist at all. Emails unanswered, service appointments are left to me to organise instead of being diarised and arranged by Waterlogic and requests made by me are totally ignored.
