Great service as always

Great service as always. Marc installed our boiler 9 years ago and has looked after it ever since. I've recommended Watermarcs to others who are also completely happy with their experience.

Excellent service

Marc has been servicing my boiler for so many years that I've lost count! I have always found him to be reliable both as to honouring service appointments and timeous arrival. he tells me what he has done and has always given me a Gas service record with FGA readings.
I have no complaints. He has a job to do and he does it well.

Be wary of Watermarc's claim to be…

Be wary of Watermarc's claim to be "plumbing experts". Also be warned about their complete lack of customer aftercare. After our old boiler (having been serviced annually by Watermarcs for 7 years) "died" due to flooding caused by a plumbing defect, we asked Watermarcs to supply and install a new boiler. They advised that in order to prevent a re-occurrence of the flooding problem, a new separate outlet should be created for the condensate pipe. They quoted for this extra work, we said "yes", but much to our surprise, and without consulting us, they decided to reconnect to the old shared outlet which had caused the problem with the old boiler. They assured us that they had increased the angle of the fall and that this should work adequately for the new boiler. They gave a verbal recommendation that we should purchase a particular part which would reduce the risk of future flooding. We repeatedly asked in emails for details of the part in question, but we never received a response. When the new boiler developed a fault, we asked Watermarcs to inspect under the terms of our 12 months warranty with them, but they refused to do so, telling us instead to contact Baxi. This we did, only to discover the fault was not with the boiler itself, but with the plumbing. Baxi confirmed that the proper solution was the creation of a separate outlet, and any installer should have done this, particularly in the knowledge of how the old boiler had died. We advised Watermarcs, and they blithely told us that they were "happy" with their performance and did not intend to communicate with us any further. We feel very much let down, particularly as we had been a loyal customer of Watermarcs for 7 years.

Polite but never heard back

I contacted Watermarcs to obtain a quotation for a new boiler. Having waited 4 weeks after the initial inspection visit, I chased the quote but was told that it would be sent. Nearly 3 months later, despite chasing, nothing has been received.

This firm is rude unprofessional and…

This firm is rude unprofessional and unresponsive.
Appointment was arranged and we completed all the preparation for the firm to come Telephoned me in the morning said he was lost asked him where he was and he was miles away from me tried to give him directions but he lost patience and told me he didn't want to do the job and was very rude. Tried to phone him back including the office several times, you can't do business with firms like this and I hope others take note

Faulty motorised valve

Faulty motorised valve caused a problem with our boiler. Watermarcs diagnosed and replaced with the usual speed and efficiency. This company has looked after our central heating system from new boiler to radiator valve for nearly twelve years and never let us down.

Annual service

I had an annual service of my boiler and hot water cylinder. The engineer who came was friendly and knowledgable and explained the service report to me. I found the price for this service very competitive. I’d highly recommend this company.

Trustworthy in every respect

As a landlord I have to be able to trust service suppliers and Watermarcs have been utterly trustworthy in every respect. From maintenance and problem solving to new boiler installation and even reminding me when Gas Safe certification is due, Watermarcs have offered what I believe to be an unbeatable service.

Excellent service

I would definitely recommend Watermarcs. I contacted them when my boiler died a few years ago and they couldn’t have done more to help. You get a fast response when ever you need to contact them. They are reliable, efficient and they even got my son cleaning his room which is no mean feat! I wouldn’t use anyone else now.

First class service from Marc at…

First class service from Marc at Watermarcs, new boiler fitted and within 6 hrs, was working and
producing warm heat. No mess, free and easy installation.
Always try and use local tradespeople, you will not be disappointed with the service received.
Keep up the good work.

Watermarcs - highly recommended

Reliable and trustworthy

Marc is incredibly trustworthy and reliable and does an outstanding job. He serviced our boiler and then came back to do a repair. I have recommended Watermarc to all my family. Everyone has had outstanding service. I won't use anyone else.

What a great company!

What an amazing company to work with. On time, tidy, great quality workmanship and efficient. Our boiler broke just before winter (as they always do) and I was looking for a local firm to fix it. Most don't even bother to answer the phone / call you back. Edwina did and an inspection visit was scheduled. Having opened the old boiler - we all concluded it needed to go (no pressure selling!) and that evening we had two quotes from Watermarcs for two different type boilers. We picked one and two weeks later it was installed. A flawless experience and I would highly recommend them
