Brilliant experience buying my first home. Usual bumps along the way through a difficult market but Demi was always so helpful and easy to contact. Each viewing arranged was always smooth and staff were lovely & offered really helpful tips. Thank you!

We have recently sold our house through Waterson's and would highly recommend them to anyone! We received excellent advice from them at the start of the process and the whole team have been very professional and extremely helpful throughout - keeping us well up-dated, informed and advised through all the negotiations. If I have to sell another house, I will most definitely be going back to them again.

We have just purchased a house through Watersons and they have been great throughout the whole process. All of the staff members we met at the house were knowledgeable about the house and sale. Afterwards, Ryan in the office was helpful, organised and quick to respond. Before this house, we had started the buying process of 2 other houses with 2 different estate agents in the area, we had terrible experiences with them both. If/when we sell I'd 100% use Watersons and recommend them.

Short version: Waterson's are the best, just use them for your house sale (in Sale)

Longer version:

We benchmarked a few estate agents when selling our property. Waterson’s were the only ones that answered the phone consistently and knew things about the properties we were enquiring about.

Their fees are good, they know the properties they’re selling, they’re super friendly and actually get the job done.

On the buying side we saw the same. Other estate agents just sat there and let us look around, knew nothing about the history or facilities in the houses but Waterson’s do their research. They know the market, they know the area. Helen, Sophie, Kyle, everyone, they’re on their A game.

Where the trope generally goes “urrghh estate agents are all crap” it’s nice to see there’s an exception to the rule.

Top job team, keep it up.

Recently used Watersons for the purchase of our new home. Helen and the team were fantastic. Fab at communicating between us and the sellers, made it a smooth transaction and were really friendly. Highly recommend!

Watersons hired a company that did a pretty bad inventory and didn't properly clean the house that I rented. The property was delivered to us in horrible shape, even with dog faeces. At the end of the tenancy, they want to charge for damages that were there before I moved in and for cleaning. If you rent with this company, send pictures of everything within 10 days and be prepared for a difficult checkout process.

Updates:
06/10/2023 - We are now forced to open a case with TDS to get our money back because they didn't return any of it.

13/10/2023 - Watersons gave back almost 70% of the deposit and is going to dispute the rest. Now we are waiting for TDS to accept the case.

Milo, Josh and the whole rental team were fantastic. They are far and away the best agency in the area. Highly recommend them all to any prospective tenants and landlords.

We recently completed on the purchase of our new home. I cannot speak highly enough of Alex at Watersons and how quickly and smooth he made everything. I highly recommend anybody looking to buy / sell a house to use these guys!

Recently went through the process of securing a rental property in Hale and it all went very smoothly. Josh kept me updated throughout. Really impressed with the level of service provided.

I've just sold my house using Waterson's Sale office. Without exception all the staff were helpful, efficient and very friendly. Viewings were managed brilliantly, a great price was secured and I was kept up to date every step of the way. Getting to completion was pretty tortuous and drawn out and I really feel that Sophie deserves a specific mention here as she was so good and such a great ambassador for Waterson's. I would have no hesitation using them again in the future, and I would certainly recommend them.

Very supportive team during our house sale, particularly as everything wasn't straight forward!

I have used Watersons estate agents on three occasions now for letting and selling properties in both the Sale and Hale offices.
My recent transaction was to find a tenant and let out my apartment in Sale. Nick in Lettings at the Sale office was very efficient and professional throughout the process and I would recommend Watersons......
