Placed an order for 3 perfumes on April 3. Received a confirmation email at the time. Then on April 11, I received an email saying my order was "complete". No tracking info, and parcel didn't arrive.
Contacted vendor multiple times asking for tracking details and received no response. Thankfully I had paid by PayPal so was automatically refunded when I opened a dispute. Still have never heard back from the seller. Disappointing.
